I will go out of my way to other shipping spots than this place. The women who work here are horrible. I have been in there a few times and every time they are always asking me how much everything I have is. How much is what is inside my package cost me, how much my jewelry and clothes are. They are always trying to get a number out so they can judge it and say how they would never spend that much. The woman with the shot curly brown hair and loud lipstick and glasses is the really nasty one. I'm done here. I don't need to be bullied and harassed when I need to ship something out. I'm going to UPS down the road by Winn Dixie. read more

I just had the displeasure of having my fingerprints taken here. The woman doing the fingerprinting made an audible noise while reading my date of birth and long story short told me she was not expecting that to be when I was born because I looked "mature." After this woman insults me, she takes my picture, shockingly I did not smile. She repeatedly pestered me to take another picture, I repeatedly told her no. She deleted the picture and I am forced to take another picture and extend my time with this horrible woman while stifling my desire to cry and scream simultaneously. Hopefully, my review can save someone else from having to suffer the humiliating and awful experience I just endured. I will never set foot in this establishment again. read more

Awesome service! We spent an hour driving around Orange Beach for a notary while on vacation. Everyone seemed to have the week off. This place was a 15 minute drive and we were in and out. They even scanned and emailed the document for a small fee for us. Best service ever! read more

I had a serious shipping failure though the USPS. Tried shipping a package to the Dominican Republic and they kept sending it back with vague reasons, but no problem charging for it. Horrible service. I would drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid this hole. Discussed another customer right in front of me. Wanted $1 for one piece of tape. I'm surprised they are still in business. Gal was accommodations and "made" a box for me. My goal was to pay less than the flat rate box since the package wasn't very heavy. Flat rates were $17/each, they said they could definitely do it cheaper. Turns of they were $23 each (sent 2) after boxes and taxes. Was very upset that it was twice the price I was expecting and $10 over what it should have cost. Won't be back again. read more

I am visiting the area and wanted to mail some souvenirs to my children using USPS flat rate packaging. Easy, right? Not nearly! The selection of boxes for that service were limited so I chose a padded envelope for each item. There were no signs with rates for other services for those unfamiliar with this business but there was plenty of humiliation to go around. I have apparent physical disabilities. However, with the amount of eye rolling and sighing on behalf of Kristi, the woman providing the "service" in response to my questions and her lack of clarity when "offering" her "assistance", my intelligence was insulted as well as my being humiliated. For instance, she offered to put my items in shipping boxes because I, not being aware of their services, did not know there were boxes for purchase due to lack of signage. I knew I had to pay for the box once she informed me that she had boxes in the back. What she didn't explain was the $4.00 charge for placing the items in each box, at which time I declined the service. Her response was to inform me with eye roll in full force "Well, we ARE a packaging store." And the remainder of the experience went further downhill. This is a business with seemingly complete lack of awareness or tolerance for the physically challenged. Kristi took her time, chatting with other customers despite my obvious difficulty standing. She and another employee were also very terse with an elderly man who was trying to return a package to a vendor and was unaware that, though this business is a UPS drop off site, they are not a UPS Store. Again, signage could have cleared this up. None of this is acceptable. They seem to be pretty picky about who they assist on friendly terms. Considering a move to this area I will keep that in mind. read more

I've been frequenting this establishment for years, I love it, and the people that work here are absolutely what makes it even better. They go out of their way to help you in any way possible.
