This store is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! I had to do a booklet in Microsoft Publisher that was printed on 11''x17'' paper double sided in color. The order of the pages were coming out incorrectly. David & Sydney here took time to make sure we got it right!! The booklet turned out incredible!!! I would not have been able to successfully complete without EVERYTHING they did!!!! Even though I live less than 1/4 mile away from this location, I would happily drive from all points on Pensacola for this level of service!!!!

Patrick was super helpful and provided us the most secure, cost effective option for shipping our fragile items!

My mother had just passed away and I was left a lot of paperwork to copy and mail out and Tracey…read morewent above and beyond helping me copy and mail everything. While I was extremely scattered. I arrived 20 minutes before close and Tracey was so kind and generous. She made a hard day feel better!

This is not a review of this story but rather UPS as a while, especially its tracking system…read more With a recent deliver, tracking said delivery would be between 10:45 and 1:45, so I planned my day around that. At 11 am the map showed the truck about a mile south of my house, so I assumed my delivery would be shortly. Then it showed the truck on my street, so I'm sure delivery is imminent. Next time I check the map the truck is back south of my house, further away than it was before. Site says delivery time has changed to "before 9 pm." Now we're past 1:45, so I check the map again and it shows the truck is back on my street, so I'm looking out the window waiting. Next time I check it the truck icon is 3 miles north of my house and the delivery time is changed to "before 7 pm." Then the truck logo is a mile west of my house, then back on my street, then two miles north again. Package was finally delivered at 7:30 pm. The next day the UPS store said that might have been because they wanted to deliver first to businesses that closed at 5, but most of the places I saw the truck were in residential neighborhoods. Why can't the truck just deliver in a straight line? Seems like it would save time and fuel instead of being -- literally -- all over the map. I would never use UPS as a shipper but as a recipient I have no choice.
