This store is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! I had to do a booklet in Microsoft Publisher that was printed on 11''x17'' paper double sided in color. The order of the pages were coming out incorrectly. David & Sydney here took time to make sure we got it right!! The booklet turned out incredible!!! I would not have been able to successfully complete without EVERYTHING they did!!!! Even though I live less than 1/4 mile away from this location, I would happily drive from all points on Pensacola for this level of service!!!! read more

Be prepared to pay for your Amazon return! I just brought in a well packaged box for an Amazon return with the bar code label on my phone for them to scan. The cashier looked at my barcoded label on my phone and stated he could not scan the barcode without even attempting to scan it. He said that it must be emailed they don't scan those!? So, I email him the barcode and he scans it on his computer monitor! Now, obviously there is no difference between scanning a phone screen or scanning the computer screen. He prints the label and then tells me that will be $3.34! I said for what? They charged $3.00 for an "email file access fee" and $0.32 to print the label! I have never had a UPS store charge for this on a free Amazon return package. I never had a store refuse to scan the barodae from my phone either. The cashier mentioned something about rising prices and I would have had to pay for the little strip of tape he put on my box anyway (which I have never paid for tape on an Amazon return either). I needed a color document printed. Sofia was the sales associate that helped me. She was very professional and efficient. The computer was extremely slow and the document would not load. The line waiting to be served continued to grow. Sofia continued to try to load the document. It just wouldn't work. I told her I could come back at another time. She told me she was working the next day and she would get it printed and would call me when it was finished. The next day, I received her call. She exceeded my expectations and went the second mile. I'm DONE going to this store! I have mailed countless items here and pay a premium to do so as Many know going directly to the Post Office is cheaper. On Nov 24th 2018 I mailed a phone to AT&T for a trade in. I dropped the phone off at UPS got my receipt and left. On Dec 19th I received the phone back saying "AT&T would not accept the phone since it was past the deadline for my trade in." I was charged $451 from AT&T. I thought no way, I brought it to this store well before my deadline. After calling AT&T, I found out the package never left the UPS Store until Dec 8th, 2018!!! And since the tracking showed "received by carrier" on Dec. 8th I was responsible for the major charge a week before Christmas since it looked like I didn't mail it on time. After 4 calls to AT&T and scanning and emailing the receipt they realized I dropped it off on time and it just sat at the store for almost two weeks before getting to USPS. AT&T allowed me another grace period to re-send the phone beginning on Jan 3rd ending on Jan 8th. So I went back to the UPS store, spoke with one of the employees and told them it was unacceptable this happened, but I totally understand mistakes happen and things get misplaced. So on Jan 4th, 2018 I take the phone back to UPS and mail it out again. I just looked up the tracking number to ensure it was received by AT&T and it most certainly just left the store on Jan 9th. Today! I know USPS picks up at that store during normal business hours. I have now spent 6 hours of my time, $451 of my hard earned money, and three trips to the UPS store to have an even bigger headache. This is a business responsible for many packages and I understand, but since UPS can't seem to get it right, and created a serious storm for me and my family and put me out $451 due to their lack of due diligence I will NEVER recommend this store again. Honestly they should be responsible for this fee. I'm lucky I had the money to front, as I know many don't. I will once again have to battle it out with AT&T with a tracker that says "received by carrier" past their deadline. And $451 missing from my bank account for over 6 weeks. I don't usually post reviews, but I was so upset with this store and what their lack of attention to detail caused me that I had to post my story so any potential customers would drive the extra distance and get the service required at a different store. My husband is in the military and we are currently living in two different states while he is in training. I ran into a problem with registering my vehicle and needed a Power of Attorney sent to Arizona overnight. My husband dropped it off on Saturday for Next Day Service. He missed the cut-off so it would be sent on Monday, but arrive on Tuesday. However, the package remained at the store until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, which was the latest time it should have arrived! They obviously did not pay any attention to the package, which my husband spent $40 to ship. If you have a package that is important then I would try a different store. read more

I shipped from 32506​ to 79605 ground NOT business but personnel the box was 10''x 12'' by 15'' there is NO weight listed on the paper, but the ipad weighs around 2 lbs when he brought the box out I told him that was way too big to ship a thin ipad. he said he would cut it down a little.. now I ask you did I need a box that size to ship a 1'' thick ipad, NO.. but he said it needed to have 2''clearence on all sides. it was more like a foot clearance, which he padded it so the ipad didn't move around while in transit. I was charged 54.50 for shipping and insurance, 5.75 for the box, 6.04 for file pac MS and 4.31 for file pac SS. even though, there is a sign on the wall that says pack and ship $1.73 per box. not to ship it but to pack it. while I was there, there was a man trying to get some stuff copied but the girl that was helping him , the man called her Catherine, she kept leaving the customer and going to the back room to talk to someone.. so the man helping me, I meant ripping me off, had to call her over and over to help that man.. the entire experience cost that store 2 customers, me and that man trying to get copies..
