My original appointment happened to be another 10 minutes after that. I told her was perfectly fine and that I understood and that I would see them at my appointed time. As I was leaving, another employee made a sarcastic comment about people needing to stick to their appointment times instead of asking to be seen early. I had simply asked a question and immediately accepted the answer. The comment was unnecessary and left me with the impression that customers are viewed as inconveniences rather than people seeking assistance.

Unfortunately, they have an ongoing serious problem with beggars. When I arrived I saw the man loitering directly in front of their store, asking a lady for money but she declined. I kindly said "Hello" to him because he is a human being. But after I went inside the store, I needed to go outside to get a black pen in my car to sign the document. As I was walking to my car, evidently the man thought I was leaving without giving him any money, so he became slightly aggressive, saying: "What's wrong?" I didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him what he wanted and he said "You didn't say anything to me." I kindly told him that I didn't have anything to say. Then he asked me for some money. I am so tired of this ongoing harassment. Kindly said, the UPS Store needs to call the police to have him removed. He practically lives there and has been a nuisance for years. I feel unsafe coming to their business. He used to loiter outside the Chinese restaurant a couple doors down, but they chased him away. Now he loiters at the USP Store instead. I explained that I had a prepaid shipping label and was there to pick up a box. I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer with that level of disrespect. This is the closest UPS location to me, but after this experience, I will gladly drive to Pensacola for any future shipping needs. She was incredibly rude and threw my package onto the floor because she said it was too heavy for them to take and to prove her point she picked it And dropped it.
