I have come in twice and seen two diff occasions where people were extremely rude. For example: a white hag came in and wanted next day delivery from Sat morning. The ups rep let her know that ups isn't open on Sun so it would be Mon. The lady flipped out with rude comments about how she was wrong and ups is open on Sun. Made no sense. She kept saying she worked at a hospital and had just gotten off of work at 8:30 am. Ignore the haters! This is a great store with great employees. Highly recommend!!

Cervantes St. in Pensacola, where we have an account. The manager Gary kindly told us that his notary wasn't at work, but said he has another UPS store at 6847 N. 9th Ave. in Pensacola. So, we went there. We asked employee# 315851 for the cheapest way possible to accomplish what we needed done. We were SHOCKED when he quoted to us $273.26. We asked if the U.S. Postal Service charges the same high amount and his exact words were, "it's about the same." We felt sick but needed our documents notarized and mailed, so we paid him the $273.26 ($10 each to notarize two documents, and then $253.26 to mail our letter with return receipt to Guam). As we left we felt taken advantage of, so we called the U.S. Postal Service to verify what we'd been told at the UPS Store and were again SHOCKED to learn that it only costs $13.35 to mail an envelope with return receipt to Guam. We immediately went to complain to Gary at the other UPS Store where we have an account, and he said to go ask for a refund, so we did and they gave our money and envelope back. We just paid $20 for the notarizations. We mailed our letters for $13.35 at the USPS. We posted a negative review on Google on October 16th, 2025, about our store at 707 E. Cervantes, because Gary said "I have another store," implying that he owns both stores. He kindly asked us to remove our negative review, since the issue happened at a different store. So in kindness we removed our review and posted it about the other UPS Store on 9th avenue. We asked Gary to please not bring the issue up again when we meet him again. On November 21, 2025, I and my wife went to check our mailbox at the UPS Store at 707 E. Cervantes Avenue. Against our request, Gary brought up the incident from October 16th, making a lame excuse that the reason why we were charged $273.26 was because the two documents needed to be notarized. That is simply untrue! We were charged $20 total to have two documents notarized. We were ridiculously charged $253.26 just to mail a standard priority-sized envelope to Guam, with return receipt. USPS only charged us $13.35! Kindly said, we are disgusted with the UPS Store! We don't appreciate the manager bringing up the matter after we kindly asked him not to, because what was done was done. Nor do we appreciate that today Gary attempted to justify UPS charging us $253.26 just to mail one standard-sized envelope to Guam. There simply is no excuse. We were lied to, told that the USPS charges "about the same." UPS in fact charges $250 MORE than the USPS! We didn't want to repost a negative review about the UPS Store at 707 E. Cervantes, but this is just plain wrong. Gary shouldn't have brought the issue up again over one month later, and worse, trying to defend UPS overcharging us by $250. We are frustrated with what the UPS Store did to us. Thank you for reading.
