Charging $5 to print a return shipping label is outrageous! I could understand charging $1-$2 but $5 is ridiculous.

If you have a chance, you totally need to volunteer with them. I was down here for the Collegiate Challenge. Awesome experience. Seriously, how many times can one say 'awesome' in a review? The crew that we worked with was ah-maz-ing! Ed, Joanne, & Wayne gave us such valuable information and helped turn the 17 of us into skilled carpenters that can hammer nails with the best of them, put windows in a house, and lay a roof down in four days! Four days! All we started with was the cement slab. What I really like about the program that they have is the homeowners (not necessarily of the house you are building) have to complete so many 'hands on' hours before they can move in. It was pretty neat to see a couple of them right there next to us. Don't know about Habitat? Here is a little information. Habitat builds houses in partnership with low and very low income families in need of decent shelter. To keep the cost of our houses affordable, Habitat uses the labor of thousands of volunteers. Habitat's partner families pay for their homes. Partner families invest more than money, they offer their own labor - sweat equity - into building their own homes and the homes of others. Their goal: To witness to the Word of God and the love of Jesus Christ for all persons through our words and actions. To build bridges among all economic and ethnic segments of our community by establishing new relationships, a sense of community and a renewed commitment to "the common good." To welcome participation from all individuals, groups, or organizations who desire to join with Pensacola Habitat for Humanity because of their shared concern and compassion for those in need. If you have the opportunity to do so, I suggest coming down and helping out. The program is awesome! There is a reason we have been coming down for 10+ years. Just being able to give back to the community is a great feeling. I wouldn't spend Spring Break any other way.

Unfortunately, they have an ongoing serious problem with beggars. When I arrived I saw the man loitering directly in front of their store, asking a lady for money but she declined. I kindly said "Hello" to him because he is a human being. But after I went inside the store, I needed to go outside to get a black pen in my car to sign the document. As I was walking to my car, evidently the man thought I was leaving without giving him any money, so he became slightly aggressive, saying: "What's wrong?" I didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him what he wanted and he said "You didn't say anything to me." I kindly told him that I didn't have anything to say. Then he asked me for some money. I am so tired of this ongoing harassment. Kindly said, the UPS Store needs to call the police to have him removed. He practically lives there and has been a nuisance for years. I feel unsafe coming to their business. He used to loiter outside the Chinese restaurant a couple doors down, but they chased him away. Now he loiters at the USP Store instead. No customer likes to be ambushed for money every time they get out of their car to do business. Kindly, please do something.
