The representative I worked with was very friendly (Stephanie) and overall I would give her a 4 star rating when it came to keeping me informed and updating me on my shipment. Overall she started out a little laid back and then really pulled thru in the last 5 days. My furniture did arrive with minor damage. I could see the potential damage from the pictures they sent me but I figured they were the professionals and I shouldn't question their many years of experience. The damage was done by placing the 4 chairs on top of the dining room table that was upside down. The chair legs scratched the outsides of the dining room table. Also a 2 inch chunk was chipped off the dining room cabinet. I was disappointed but glad my furniture made it in overall very good condition. It was the first time I hired long distance carriers. They could improve a little on packing and protecting.

That alone is super shady and crooked in my opinion, but what I am most upset about is what happened today and how Jeff handled it(he's not a nice guy). I set up auto pay and have been on time every month My last payment was $113, but has since gone up to $130. When I moved here my dad was dying of small cell lung carcinoma and has since passed so being very traumatic and chaotic of a year i forgot to update my phone and email with storage king which I will admit was my bad. Apparently last month when they went to run the card it said it was lost or stolen according to them (it wasn't and in fact they managed to charge the same lost/stolen card today on May 1st). They said they had tried to contact me several times, but i no longer have that phone or email. Fast forward today I have been charge for $327 for two months of storage. I called storage king, talked to some very nasty woman who was zero help and connected me with Jeff the manager who has ZERO empathy for his clients and when I explained the situation basically just told me too bad so sad, he can't reverse the late fees as they had tried contacting me. Not one ounce of understanding and as a business owner myself I find this incredibly disappointing. This company is shady, Jeff is a crook and once you have your stuff moved in they will continue to up the price for no real reason other then they know most people won't go through the hassle of moving. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. Ya'll should seriously be ashamed of yourselves. 100/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
