So a week ago, I stopped by to mail an important letter and buy one stamp. This was my first place and found it as it was right next to the NiBrow salon where I had an appointment. But that day the weather was crazy. It started pouring rain and the day was just gloomy that this business lost Internet connection when I was there and was unable to purchase my 60 cent stamp. I forgot the name of the gal and gentlemen, could have been the owners, but they were so kind and understanding that she went ahead and gifted me the stamp. It meant so much to me! I told her I would go back and purchase an entire book stamp. I love supporting small businesses, specially when they place great value and Customer Care. The service requested was above and beyond. So convenient. However, the lady that waited on us, was completely unprofessional, chased me out the door saying I can't take photos. My hubby says to her, "that is my wife" she quickly apologies & said we should have told her. WOW. Will never return.
