The owner is awful along with their staff! They will lie consistently about you and never look into your complaints about the staff there. They told me I was"threatening staff, breaking rules" at first and then later said i was "trying to live in the unit." All of which were total lies. I'll NEVER forget the mistreatment by them nor from the gaslighting and lies told by the business owner Heather that come from a dispute I had with Wendy the manager and Corey her boss. If you go here don't expect to be treated fairly and be prepared to have your name slandered all over when you post honest reviews. read more

Big, modern, and customer friendly When I began renting my space, the team was kind to informed me of everything I needed to know upfront, including how to get the most out of their available plans. Moving my items in was a breeze, thanks to their spacious halls, elevator, and many complimentary carts. Then when I went in after-hours to remove everything from the unit, Wendy noticed on her next shift and called me to inform that they stopped charging my card- before I got around to tell her. it's funny when they get a bad review, and they comment giving excuses why the manager was rude. Don't leave comment on their Facebook, because they can remove them. This manager, Wendy is always rude and condescending to customers and employees. Which is why they can't keep an "assistant manager". Don't believe their google customer 5-star reviews, she asked her employees to get all their friends to give them 5 stars so they could win a competition with their company. So don't believe all the "glowing" reviews. While the facility maybe nice, having to deal with a manager who thinks they are high and mighty isn't worth it. If you dig enough, you will see they never take responsibility for any " misunderstandings" This was taken from a Google review. Shandolyn Mercurius 3 reviews 2 months ago Absolute terrible experience. We made prior arrangements to store items and had reserved the truck to use as well. We showed up to use the truck at 11:30 and the employee (manager, Wendy) did not show up to release the truck until 1:00. She has told us prior to this, it was available for pickup and use from 9-5 that day. There was an accident on hwy 98 in front of the store upon returning the truck at 5:00. Wendy called us to ensure we were on the way. I told her my husband was in front of me nearing the store. She became aggressive about us returning the truck on time although she was aware of the traffic back up, up to the store. She threatened to call the police on my husband and stated that she did not care whether he was active duty or not, she would call the police. We removed the items from the truck as quickly as we were able to and she continued to threaten to evict us the following week and call the police. This manager does not have any accountability to customers and becomes aggressive very quickly without care, throwing around her illusion of power. She also attempted to get my husband in trouble with his boss by contacting his job to cause further trouble. While we understand that traffic delays can occur, Wendy's calls were intended to ensure the truck's timely return, in line with our policies. Terrible place to do business! Wendy the management took thousands of dollars worth of shoes from me as "payment" for my unit and turned around and locked me from my unit anyway saying I didn't pay for it. After i filed a complaint with her boss Corey she lied to him and said that I threatened her and cussed at her which I didn't and he said they couldn't meet my needs as a customer and restricted my access to my unit to certain days/ hours and terminated my lease early because I complained and left a bad review. After posting my experience on other platforms the management slandered my name saying I threatened their staff which is a TOTAL lie! They did all this just to try to keep a5 star review! read more
