A few reasons why I picked this one is it's right out the back gate of Hurlburt Field, it's gated, you need a code to open it, they have a waived fee rental truck you could use, and the price was a steal. Very responsive, flexible and helpful. This new company is TERRIBLE. Payment plans are a pain. Almost worse then trying to get ahold of a person to talk to. Fast forward 2 years and I go to the unit to empty it out and I couldn't because the lock they put on it was so weathered and rusty. They left me no choice but to cut the lock out. I hope they enjoy the mess I left. 2nd. There is no pest control. I had roaches and rat droppings all throughout my stuff and unit. This place is horrible. The lady behind the desk took a few moments to greet me and was on her phone and appeared to be video chatting with someone and just laid her phone down to talk with me. She didn't appear to end the call because the other person could be heard. At this moment I decided I would not use this facility. For a place of business to smell so strongly of cigarette smoke, which indicates it is smoked in frequently, is unhealthy and unprofessional. No longer than I was in there my clothes had the smell on them when going back to my vehicle. Also, I did not want to discuss personal information when there was someone still on her phone. I took my business elsewhere, which is unfortunate because this facility was located close to my new residence.

Do not use them. I called them 4 times to make sure they could move a 1600 sq ft home, they said…read morethey could move up to 2100 sq ft. with no problem. I also rented a trailer to take the lawn mover, power washer, plants, and food, and all the hanging clothes and they still ran out of room. They sent out a van to finish and was told they were going to charge double to unload, I called the supervise and asked how to cut this cost and he said we could help unload, I had a couple of friends to help, it took us 2 1/2 hrs but then was told it was a 3 hr minimum and was charged an extra $800 for their mistake. I had all the boxes labeled to what room and they put them where ever they found a spot to drop them off. I have a sleep # bed (and I asked them before the move to make sure they could move this and set it up at the new house) It does not work and had to have the sleep # come out to reinstall it which cost $250. This company is a big SCAMMER, DO NOT USE THEM
