After conducting a thorough walkthrough of our property, he assured us that he would send over a detailed quote within a day or two. However, shortly after he left, we were surprised to hear the doorbell ring again. To my astonishment, Austin stood at the door, looking a bit flustered. He asked if I had any gasoline to spare, explaining that his truck had run out of fuel and wouldn't start. Since I had a container of gas in my garage meant for lawn equipment, I decided to help him out. I didn't want his truck blocking our driveway and making it difficult for us to get our cars in and out. Three days went by with no communication from Austin--no phone call, text, or email regarding the quote. I even reached out a few times, inquiring if he had been able to provide it, but I received no response. It was frustrating to experience such unprofessionalism after what seemed like a straightforward process. Complete waste of time! Do better Freedom Movers!
