He also found credit cards and family memorabilia, including a wedding dress, all of which he contacted us about and set aside for us. He dug through the already removed kitchen junk to locate an instruction manual for an appliance that my Dad really wanted to leave in the house. He stayed in constant contact with us and was incredibly understanding with my Dad's quirks (dad is 92). This man is a hardworking and honest soul and he does a FANTASTIC, very thorough job.
