It was honestly a disaster before-think mud-caked nightmare-but he swooped in on time, armed with his own gear, including a proper hose because mine's a wild, holey thing that'd soak you silly in this chilly weather. He worked tirelessly all day, every corner gleaming: under the engine, on top, inside out, breathing life back into my baby so I could sell her for a premium on Bring a Trailer. He's so dedicated, he even coaches his son's soccer team (talk about a good guy!) My neighbor Trish saw the suds and begged him to detail their truck too so he powered through till dark on hers after he was done with mine. This weekend she and her man will go to the Auburn game in a sparkling clean truck! Professional, tireless, utterly admirable. He cleaned up after himself, great communication, polite, very professional. Walter's my forever go-to detailer. I found this company on Yelp and they coordinated a cleaning the next day for the day which was…read moreawesome. Unfortunately the tech had trouble finding us as the end of the day. He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $150 plus $20 tip, three attempts and a vacuum full of debris collected only from this room.
