They were better than on time, they were early! More than enough workers arrived at both my site and my neighbor's place to assist with moving some heavy stuff out of our houses. They moved sleeper sofas, big old time mirrors with no backing or frames, heavy wooden pieces and even one of those old TVs that weigh more than they had a right to as well as being so darned BIG! They were very careful not to scuff anything in either house, walls, door frames, floors too. Not even a crack in those mirrors either! My neighbor decided to 'add on' several items I had not requested moved. They didn't blink just got to moving it all out. So courteous, friendly and professional it was amazing. If you didn't know it they are also outstanding community partners. With a hook up via calling Keep Pensacola Beautiful for the Mayor's Neighborhood Clean Up I was able to get all my unneeded items out for a change. I recently was in need of some professional hauling service. Searching the internet, I found the SOS website. The website was easy to navigate and answer all of my initial questions. Although the website provided the means for me to schedule my pickup online, I opted to phone SOS and speak to someone. The SOS representative was knowledgeable and friendly. It made scheduling easy and quick. SOS notified my when the pickup was on their way. I called on Saturday morning (surprised they were open on Saturday) and had an appointment for that day! They called to see if they could come earlier than our appointment. They cut up, dug out and loaded the fencing pieces from the rebuilding of my privacy fence. They were polite, courteous and hard working. They even took an old smoker. read more
