I'm a member at another car wash chain, but this one is closer and I have been wanting to try them out. I'm an Uber driver and this kind of service is very necessary for me. Anyway, the automated carwash is satisfactory. On the other hand, the vacuum cleaners have very little suction and they just don't do the job. I reported it to the staff and the only thing they did was told me that the vacuums tend to get stopped up. As it is now, the vacuums are absolutely worthless. They suck up very little dirt. I will give this place a few more tries before my mouth runs out, but if the vacuums don't improve, I will be going someplace else.

I pulled in this morning and I keep a shovel, set of heavy jumper cables in the back of my truck all the time and have been through there several times with no issues other than the tire shine machine never works. So today they turned the blower off and told me that I couldn't have anything in the bed of the truck. Here's the kicker, I walked into the office and I assume I was talking to the manager I asked him if I canceled my subscription to my monthly membership would it stop immediately or would it go through the end of the billing cycle, he looked me dead in the eyes and said I DONT KNOW. not the answer I was expecting, I work in sales and my first response would have been I'm sorry sir why are you wanting to cancel and is there anything we can do to keep you. So someone at the corporate level needs to know what kind of people you have running your establishment. I'm done moving onto another car wash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
