He advised me to stop by the next time I went to Pensacola. It took a while to remember that offer but I finally dropped by again and BOY, did they do me right! They cleaned my automobile in spectacular fashion. Adam was actually there and helped. They got the roof, inside, wheel wells......I mean, my car was shining and it had way more dirt and dust on it than the initial visit. And they did all of it for free. They really went above and beyond to rectify things from the first time. If I decide to get my car washed in Pensacola, I'm coming here. I appreciate all y'all did, Adam!

Geico recommended Gross. Selected the Express Service. Informed the estimator that I had previously worked at a body shop. Very affable and said the damage was so minor he would probably send my BMW to the body shop same day. Fast forward 2 weeks. Why is this taking so long. Answer-you selected the Geico Express Service which takes longer. What?? Another week and asked where is my car? Waiting to go into the paint shop; sitting under a tree in a chain link dirt lot; just where anyone would park a convertible. When will it go into paint? Answer-soon. Started calling daily. Reception is now very unfriendly and snippy. It will get done when it is done. Another week and got the car back. Complained about the poor paint match (probably a too thin pearl color coat) and the misaligned bumper. I was stunned when the fellow says our work is guaranteed so you can bring it back anytime and we will fix it. Oh goody, another month hoping the work is done right the second time. Why Gross could not get the job right the first time is a mystery. Our schedule took us out of the United States for a few months so we paid another body shop to fix Gross's shoddy work when we returned.

Tim was cool, calm and collected and assured me many times he could get it done, but the cost could be high. We talked for a good hour on the phone creating strategies as he tried to picture what my situation was. As we talked it thru we found out I drove into a septic tank I didn't know I had. Trying to minimize the burden on my wallet Tim let me borrow a handful of heavy duty bottle jacks with a small deposit. After a day of struggle I managed to only make the problem worse. After giving up the fight and calling Tim back, he had a crew out to my place in an hour at 8pm. With about an hour of work they pulled her right out. When it doubt, save your time and call Tim!
