First thing... A work center will tell you everything about how employees and staff will treat your own personal vehicle if you were to do any sort of business with them. With that being said, this was a very clean, almost spotless work center and the staff was very professional, courteous, and welcoming. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning to have my window tinted, and figured I could go back home and get some errands done with my second vehicle... When they called me within a hour later to let me know it was complete, I almost didn't believe that they did a good job and thought it was a rush job. By far the best customer service I have ever had. From start until finish. Rich answered the phone with so much enthusiasm. Set me up for an appointment right away. He was able to answer all questions and didn't leave me wondering about the price. Rich wasn't out to overcharge me. He was there to assist and make it happen. Summer months seem to be getting hotter every year, and stepping into a steaming hot car just isn't fun. After recently purchasing a new car I gave Tint World a call to install window film on my windows including my windshield. I had made an appointment and when I arrived I was immediately greeted. The staff was courteous and helpful. The business was very clean and had a comfortable waiting area. My car was taken in at the time promised and was done within the amount of time promised. They did a great job cleaning up the interior of my car before handing my the key. I'm very picky when it comes to my vehicles so I really appreciate the great service. I requested tint World to install a stereo I purchased from amazon, with installation kit purchased also at Amazon. All the parts said they worked in my 2003 Cadillac Deville. Normal installation take 2 to 3 hours. Richie Rich (store manager) made sure all the work wqs completed properly. I felt bad for the technician. He had to make numerous alterations to get everything working properly. This was a complete installation including bluetooth and backup camera. All said and done 5 1/2 hours later it was complete. It took 2 times the normal install and Mr. Rich could have charged me for the extra hours but honored the original quote. can't say enough about these guys. Took the time to explain things to me never made me feel like I was in a rush had a custom job done on my 2020 Corvette the work was top notch. I got my car windows tinted and the whole experience was easy. Rich was friendly and ensured I got the best product for my needs at a good price. I called once prior for information and he gave me a great breakdown regarding the products and costs. I had to reschedule my first appointment and he made that easy as well. On my appointment day, my car was finished quickly and Rich helped me decide what percentages to get and explained why. After it was finished, he gave me all the follow up info I needed.
