Wow, where do I start, after visiting the Emerald Coast Pro Plus Detailing website I drove to the detailing shop based on its content and a recommendation from a person I've never met. Brandon (Owner) is a young and savvy entrepreneur in the detaining business. He explained in detailed all the defects in the black paint of my Toyota Tacoma X-Runner (Taco) and what services he and his team could offer. I was immediately convinced after Brandon showed me the process of detailing on another vehicle his team was detailing in the shop. This detailing shop is International Detailing Association (IDA) certified. Based on the awesome price Brandon quote me, I took a chance and made an appointment. It's a shame that Team Emerald Coast Pro Plus had to work on Sunday but I guess that is how you improve your clientele and business. Within the hour of dropping off my Taco, Brandon sent me a text with a picture of my Taco soaked in white foam. For those of you who are military or affiliated with them, you will understand. My Taco looked like a frozen vehicle being tested at the Eglin's AFB Climatic Laboratory Hanger. This has been the best wash my Taco has ever had! Team Emerald Coast Pro Plus Detailing consisted of Brandon, Mason, Scott, & Matt. These carefully vetted and selected professionals took approximately five hours to detail my Taco. The majority of the deep paint scratches were removed and my scratched/fogged headlights covers were clear & spotless. I addition they buffed, polished up, removed the blemishes from my chrome wheels, and shinned the plastic parts on the bumper. They also removed the stubborn water spots from all my glass windows. My Taco looked brand new after being professionally detailed for the first time in 9 years! Nobody's perfect and I would rate this team at 9.7 of 10. This team should compete if there is such a thing as an automotive detaining competition. My only recommendation and only because I'm so anal in detailing is that you roll down the windows to get the 1" top edge which was under the Weathertech wind deflectors/covers and window channels. I would also recommend just a tad more of attention to detail on​ the inside of the fuel door. Other than that I highly recommend this detailing shop and I can't wait to save enough money to have my Taco's paint restored by ceramic coating. OMG!!! I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my 2010 Murano! I had some heavy scuff marks that I had from a couple of small accidents and the interior of my car was not in very good condition. I was thinking of getting a new car. Anyway, I took it to the shop where Brandon (the owner) personally showed me the different imperfections in the paint and of course, the scuff marks. He gave me a reasonable estimate after telling me specifically what work would be done. They did everything to perfection. Brandon explained the difference between wax and ceramic coating (which is what they use) lasts 4 times the length of wax. My car looks like a coat of glass has been applied. I don't even think my car was this shiny brand new! Take your car there and I guarantee, you will be more than satisfied. read more

I took my brand new Durango in to get ceramic coated and I was blown away. My expectations and satisfaction was exceeded exponentially. I needed a quick turn around and Brandon and his crew put in extra time and effort to get it done. I will definitely return for future services on my vehicle. The level of customer service is beyond what I've come to expect over the past few years. Brandon kept me informed every step of the process. He even walked me through how to wash my vehicle so I don't damage the coating. His level of professionalism is noteworthy and appreciated. He enjoys what he does, he's knowledgeable and it shows. Hands down the best detailing shop in the area! The people here are great and very knowledgeable on what they do. I brought my car here to get a ceramic coat applied and how no idea how much work is put into this task. After they washed my car I was impressed and that's just the first step. Brandon was incredibly professional and accommodating. He and his team when the extra mile to pull the scratches out of my Subaru. I had light to medium scratches along the entirety of the car and they did 3-4 step buffing and corrections and just kept working until they removed all the scratches. The ceramic coating looks AMAZING. It's transformed my entire car into a beautifully polished mirror! It honestly look better than it did new. Brandon talked me through the full process of what they did to car, how to care for the ceramic coating, and how to prevent any future scratches. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional detail work that Brandon and his crew do at ECPPD. I brought in my filthy, mud caked 1980 Jeep CJ-7 to get detailed in preparation for a show and to sell. When I came back to pick it up the next day, it looked like a brand new vehicle! Brandon and his staff were incredibly professional and did an excellent job on my wife's car (Volvo S90)..
