Their wash in Milton, Fl is good. My problem is that they seem to have oversold their unlimited plans, resulting in lines, as in long lines. The past several times there I've spent enough time in line that caused me later bypassing the wash several days rather than spending 20-30 minutes waiting. Finally, yesterday my car looked terrible and I was faced with the choice of washing it myself or just bring a book. I pulled into Ronnies at 2:11 and drove out of the wash bay 2:39 or 28 minutes later. That is unacceptable. Maybe the pollen season has created a temporary rush but if this continues, I'll have to cancel. There's no sense in subcribing to a service that is to busy to serve you. read more

This Ronny's is the worse location by far. The guy who comes to the kiosk when there is a problem is a jerk and extremely rude. I have tried to give them multiple chances because I understand people have bad days, but this place continually has rude employees who think it's hilarious to be hateful. Don't waste your time or money at the location in Milton, FL. I purchased the most expensive wash $30 for one, and had to go home and rewash the entire front of my car along with the windshield and side mirrors. You would think for $30 it would do a great job and clean your car. This was my first time trying this place and won't be returning to any of the locations. read more

I have had a membership for years. went to wash on Crane Point on December 21st at 3:45pm. as going through wash I run into a car that came off track. damaging the grill on my Lexus. was ensured it would be fixed by Ronnie's. Did not get info from car in front of me. took a picture of the car and plate. was told I would be contacted within 5 days. After two weeks tried calling. There is no number. sent emails. No response. Went to wash and was refused information. Finally got call on December 8th and was told they were not responsible as the car un front of me was driving in reverse. WHAT. in the car and wash. He said not their fault. on Me. How is it my fault while in your machine. I would never deal with this company again and this is not over. Read the reviews. Not sure what people expect. Wash your car by hand in 115 degree weather or go through car wash in under 2-4 minutes. Vacuums are great supplies they provide are great. The best value around for a quick car washes. read more

When it's time to cancel and we'll go back to the north, they don't seem to shut down your automatic payment system like you're supposed to even though you fill it out online like like they ask you to then you have to call them and fight with them to get them to stop debit in your credit card read more

Honestly, I love their monthly plan. I go to the beach a bit and it is nice to wash the salt and sand off your car. I also appreciate they do not charge extra for me to vacuum and clean out the inside of my car. They offer supplies (like glass cleaner and paper towels) to completely give your car a total clean. Could I do most of this at home? Yes. But why would I? I am already there to wash my car, may as well take a little extra time and clean it all. People are friendly and do a good job. read more

Used this carwash for About 3 months. I have now examined the finish on both my auto and truck and the finishes have been really damaged. In the past I have used car washes that promoted "soft brush" and it REALLy makes a difference. Ronny's brushes have TOTALLY stripped any finish on my vehicles to the point I am not sure if I can ever recover the "before" Ronny's took it all off. I can not and will not ever recommend Ronny's until they have a "soft" brush wash. Oh yes, I always used their top wash which supposedly applied a wax. This business has so much to improve. Signed up for the unlimited to keep my business vehicle spotless. Chose this location due to being close to home. Have them 3 chances to improve but failed worse every time. 1st, employee on right side was on his phone more than paying attention to the vehicle. Second time there was only on worker don't the whole car while 2 were in the office. I was the only vehicle waiting and it took them 10 minutes... third time I spoke with the senior person on shift asking to make sure they cleaned my deep-dish wheels with the water sprayer. The senior guy did the right side and failed again. Other issues... they don't have the downward high pressure sprayers to clean the truck bed covers like Quick & clean in Niceville. They don't have cover over the parking slots to wipe the vehicle off and by the time you get to it the spots have dried. I spoke to owner, a female and informed her of the issues. Apologies came but she could only give me the site to cancel my membership since I said I wasn't coming back. But since driving I couldn't write it down and being a business owner, I failed to cancel before they charged again. Contacted again to demand both payments back but she could only do the one. I guess that's better than nothing. So in summary the team is only as strong as their weakest link. To me service, dedication, workers, lack of proper sprayers, and supervisor are all an issue. We should not have to wipe dirty off any part of our vehicle and it will not work on truck bed vinyl covers. Being Retired Air Force, that's a recipe for going out of business. I tried 3 times but no more. Good luck if you stay or try them. Money is so critical during this challenging Democrat lead farce so we shouldn't throw our money to substandard performance. Decided to get the best one & the wash itself didn't wash all off the soap off, told the guys about it so they said we could go back through just to have the same thing happen & then instead of offering to help us clean/wipe it, we asked for towels & did it ourself. Had my car washed there yesterday. Got the most expensive wash. The roof and all the way down the back hadn't been touched. The rest of the car looked great. Apparently there's something wrong with the equipment. It's totally noticeable making the car look worse than it did before I went. There's pollen covering the top and back. I had signed up last year for the as many times a month you want to wash offer. After a month I thought my purchase was over, but I didn't know that I was put on Auto Pay. Three months later I saw my credit card bill for three months of washing, but I had never visited the car wash. Went to the car wash and spoke to the manager. He said that he would take care of it and refund my money. Now three months later I again see I was charged for 16 dollars a month unlimited washes. Went to the car wash and spoke with the new manager Ryan Barnes. He Apologized, Refunded my charges, insured I was off the auto pay and then gave me a free wash. THANKS RYAN you rock. Will continue to use RONNIES but only on a case by case basis, however the wash you get is super, the vaccumes will suck a golf ball off your mats and there is a car mat cleaner to use besides.
