Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and patient with my questions regarding my repairs. I brought my car in and not clean at all.... It's is by no means anyone's job to clean it but when I got my car back it was fixed to perfection and to my surprise it was completely cleaned out, vacuumed out all the dog hair and I'm sure cleaned out some trash. I was speechless. Like I said, not expected at all and kinda rude on my part to leave it with them dirty but very VERY kind of them to go the extra mile for me. And my car looks amazing. My hood on my car flew up and hit my windshield. My car had some prior damage, all in the same area…read moreas where the recent damage was done. I bought it as is (2011 Prius Hatchback). I had my car towed to this place because it's what my insurance company said would be good (StateFarm). I have the tow guy leave my keys in the drop box since it's late and left a message on their phone. I then came in when they had finished my estimate. My original estimate that I was told was well under what my insurance company was willing to pay. I saw the papers they handed with the estimate. I was then told that my insurance company wouldn't cover it and to wait to call my insurance for another few days. I didn't wait, I called them as soon as I left. After looking over the estimate StateFarm told me they would fix it no problem but they needed to call Joe Hudson's first and check with them. After that call I'm told there is almost 2,000 worth of hidden damages I was never told about. Keep in mind this was not even thirty minutes after I left the shop. I then had to total out my car because I don't have the money to get it towed to another estimate place and StateFarm refused to pay for it. StateFarm paid all but $60 of my loan from my car and Joe Hudson's I'm assuming got to take my car. They cheated me out and now I have to share a car with my fiancé which is insanely inconvenient and has made me not have as many hours resulting in me not being able to save for a new car. So thanks so much to the asshole that tacked on hidden damages that I was not told of until my insurance company calls!

Those needing repairs beware!! I needed a dent repair for my car, I had about 6 days to get it done. As I was leaving to go out of town for several weeks. I let Richard know about my tight timeframe and reiterated over and over that it was okay if he could not get it done in that amount of time, and I could come back in a few weeks. I wanted it to be done correctly. He insured me that he could get it done in that time frame. When I dropped my vehicle off he told me it should be a quick/simple dent repair + paint touch up and quoted me $500. He told me that if anything (price/manor in which he would be able to get the dent out) changed while he was starting on the car, he would reach back out before moving forward with the work. I do not hear from him all week, so I assumed that all went well and there would be no changes from what he originally told me. That day that I am supposed to pick up my vehicle rolls around and I still have not heard from him. I reached out and asked him if my car was complete and he told me I would need to pick it up the following morning (the day that I was leaving to go out of town). Feeling uncomfortable, I replied asking him what was left to be done on the car and if the paint was not done to please not complete that part, as I knew it would not have enough time to dry. He ignored my questions and said that I could pick it up early the following morning. When I go to pick up my vehicle the next morning he was still working on the car, and then tells me that he had to take parts of my car apart to repair the dent. This is something I specifically asked him not to do. He then tells me that it will be $800 instead of the $500. I refused to pay anything more than the $500, as he had previously told me he would be reaching back out if there were any increases to the price or change to him method. He asked me to look over my car, it was dusty from the work and sitting in his shop so I did not notice anything immediately. Once I brought the car home and cleaned it off, there were several things needing fixed. Paint residue on my windshield, unfinished paint work, and multiple scratches on my windshield. I have asked for a refund, as all of things will now cost me more than what I paid him for this work, but Richard has ignored my texts and refusing to refund me for his mistakes. I now know that he waited until the last minute to get started on the work, had to rush, which created several mistakes in the process.
