I can't say enough good things about Foley Service Center! My 2017 Buick Encore kept overheating &…read morewouldn't hold engine coolant. My dad suspected it was either a faulty fuse plug or a leaking water tank. I went around to a couple of other shops, but they all told me it would be at least a week & a half--some even three weeks--just to look at my car. With this being my only form of transportation I needed to be able to get to & from work. I just couldn't wait that long. Foley Service Center, thankfully got me in the same day! Within a few hours, they had diagnosed the issue, gone to get the part I needed, & had my car running like new again. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. Their prices were fair, & they didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. If you need honest, fast, & reliable car repair, I highly recommend Foley Service Center!

Austin responded to my call for help within an hour and he tentatively suggested it might be a spark plug or coil and that he could come to my location around 5PM the same day and take a look. I was frankly skeptical because all the videos I watched detailed an elaborate process to removing all the stuff on top of the engine before you can even get to the coils/plugs. Much to my surprise he was able to gain access by just removing the engine cover. So he evaluated the problem, went and bought the parts and installed them, all in just a couple of hours. I was amazed. Austin was professional, confident and thoughtful. I would recommend him without hesitation. Even though the car has not had the P0306 DTC or the Check Engine Light reappear so far over a few cold starts I realize that the problem may not be fixed. I understood that this was just the most likely cause of the problem and that's not Austin's fault. He did what I asked him to do and I couldn't be more satisfied.
