Then I went in to get my tires rotated. The serviceman told me that my lug nuts had sleeves on them and that when they start slipping you won't be able to get the lug nuts off easy. He suggested I have new ones installed without sleeves on them. I said ok and they put new ones on for $117.00. They were fine at first, then after 2 years they started to rust. When the points of the lug nuts rust they round off when you try to remove them. Chrome lug nuts aren't supposed to rust. So, asked Troy to replace them or refund my purchase price. He said no but would give me an oil change that cost the same as the lugs nuts. I can get a oil change at the Ford dealer for $60. So, I ended up buying new lug nuts and installing myself. While changing them I found out that one lug nut was a different size than all the rest. So, If I would have got a flat while traveling I would have not known that and would have had no lug wrench to change that one lug nut. I would have been stuck on the side of the road. No Thanks Fausack, you have lost a good customer... Customer beware.....

I asked about a warranty and was told, you must replace the tire and send in your request for the warranty replacement before anything could be done. They replaced the new tire with a used tire and it sounded louder than any tire I've ever had. I went back and they did not want to replace it. I suggested the mechanic drive with me. Once he did, he realize the tire was faulty and the radial belts had separated- this was all before a long road trip that could have caused a serious wreck of the tire would have blown. Do not buy any kind of tire from this company.

They over tightened the lug nuts so bad that they broke 3 of my lug nuts off trying to get the wheels back off the truck. Then told me they couldn't fix it and I had to come pick it up and take it somewhere else and they weren't going to cover any of the cost for the repairs. Lug nuts were so over tightened the next mechanic had to drill out the studs after breaking 3 more lug nuts trying to get the wheels off. A total of 6 broken lug nuts and $1000 out of pocket repair because the kids in the back are totally incompetent.

I've had to use the services of Goodyear Auto Service in Foley, AL twice so far over the years. I…read morehad one of my tires somehow run over something in a gravel parking lot that made it immediately deflate. So after getting my spare tire on and arriving to Goodyear they found sidewall damage that couldn't be repaired and quickly got me a new tire installed and it came with a warranty. A few years later that same tire started to very slowly deflate on me over the course of several weeks. The deflation finally started getting faster so I decided to take it in after I couldn't find anything wrong with the tire and then people doing my oil change couldn't find anything either. So the Goodyear folks finally found a screw stuck into the sidewall of the tire facing towards the inside of the vehicle. Well apparently the tire warranty only lasted a short time as it had already expired which is a bit different than other tire warranties I've had. They also didn't have my tire in stock so they replaced it with what they did have in stock. What I found unusual is they didn't just replace my tire with the full size spare that is the same type of tire and then just put in their different type of tire in my spare tire space. Overall they got everything done faster than most places these days.

Didn't have the proper suspension…read moretools/smaller bits to do the repair comfortably myself so I Paid 70 for them to install a power steering rack support that I had bought, went to check the work, bear metal spots on frame (wiped off grease and didn't reapply), replaced the metal tie with a plastic one on the dust cover... mainly obvious because they didn't even cut it, thought it was a simple mistake so I went in there to say something and they told me that they didn't have them and that harbor freight has them.... looked at me like I was slow.... a auto repair shop does not have metal zip ties??? They did the same crappy work I would've done for free. Also didn't verified price before Work, still have to go buy stuff to complete the repair.

They moved a front tire to the back and put the spare on the front for me, different size from the others, and refused to allow me to pay. This is the kind of service we used to get that is so rare these days. I can't say thank you enough!

I was there the day that happened and she was slamming stuff in the bathroom and acting crazy. The guys up there handled it so well and got the problem fixed immediately. The guys did a whole inspection of my van and I had a great experience. They told me in depth what both positives and negatives. Highly recommend!
