This place is a joke of a business and NOT to be trusted with your vehicle…read more We took out vehicle in and the old man Jeff gave us a different price then he quoted 2 days earlier to only claim he never said that. we let it slide...obvious bait and switch The following day we get a call back and they want more money for other "issues" that came up. We said we will just take the vehicle back as is. We came paid our invoice and they weren't happy that we did not fall into there bait and switch scam. What got even stranger was there employee wanted to fight the three of us my father and friend who came to help tow the vehicle back. No one stopped both the employee who was obviously on some sort of drug. The old man was even egging him on.. I suspect both were on meth or crack. It was so bizarre I recorded the event on my phone and the police had to be called. Both the methead and Oldman denied everything even though it was recorded which proves to me their shady mindset and business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS unless you want to support violent drug addicts PLease also change your business name, you are a disgrace to people that actually support this country

They quoted me two. That turned into six weeks. Now, I'm getting lectured by the general manager as to why there's no compensation for the $5000 bill because the Ford system isn't his. And his tech had to stay late because their system was down for a whole week so that meant my vehicle was repaired it just was sitting there for a week because their system was done somehow that became my fault and I was lucky he wasn't charging me for his tech staying late. There are too many options in the area for someone in his position to act like this. He cost Jackie a sell with his lecture... Do yourself a favor just go somewhere else.

I trusted Blue Angel Tire & Automotive with an engine replacement on my commercial ice cream bus…read moreand deeply regret it. We dropped the bus off on January 7 and were told the repair would take only a few weeks. Instead, it took seven weeks, forcing us to cancel events and lose income. After getting the bus back, the engine failed approximately two months later. We returned it to Blue Angel Tire & Automotive, and the vehicle remained in their shop for most of May, which is one of the busiest seasons for our ice cream business. We were forced to cancel additional events and lost significant revenue. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. We frequently called for updates, and the responses we received often left us feeling that our concerns and the impact on our business were not being taken seriously. The delays continued throughout the second engine replacement. When the second engine failed after only about a week of operation, we were told a third engine might be necessary. At that point, we decided to have the vehicle towed to another mechanic. After inspecting the bus, the new mechanic identified several installation-related issues, completed the necessary repairs, and the vehicle has been operating reliably ever since. Overall, this engine replacement ended up costing us approximately $3,500 for the engine, $8,000 in labor, an additional $3,500 in repairs by another mechanic, and months of lost revenue from canceled events. It also put our reputation at risk with customers whose events we had to cancel. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend obtaining multiple estimates before choosing BATA for major engine repairs.

My experience with this garage and with Steve could not have been better! Steve was professional,…read morerespectful, informative, helpful, honest and rarest of all, very kind. I am a woman purchasing a truck from out of state and he did the inspection for me, complete with pictures texted and a call to explain his results. He then gave me an estimate right then for the repairs he said I would need "soon". Not right then, soon. I trusted him and what he was saying and had him do the repairs right then. My truck was ready the next day and he even coordinated with the dealer to make sure I knew where it would be to have it shipped. His honesty and knowledge made me confident enough to give him my business fixing what would have been needed anyway, there was no reason not to do it now with a mechanic I trust. This garage is the real deal, honest, great prices and Steve is your guy if you need repairs you can trust!

No one called to ask if I was ok with the nearly 150% markup, but no big deal; I paid the bill. I purchased new tail lights and was told by Tina I needed to make an appointment and wait two weeks. Again, no big deal, places get busy. I dropped the car off at 7:15am and was called by Tina at 2:30pm and told, "your car is ready". When I arrived, I see my car with half old tail lights and half new tail lights that look NOTHING alike. One set is chrome and one set is regular reflective lens from the factory. PROBLEM! The car looks like a circus freak. I was told the mechanic didn't have time to finish them and I would need to come back another day when he wasn't as busy. Why didn't anyone call to ask if I was ok with only half of the work being completed before starting the job? Ok, you can at least put the car back the way it was when I dropped it off, right? WRONG! They wanted to be paid $37.25 for messing my car up and leaving it that way. BEWARE before leaving your car here!
