They over tightened the lug nuts so bad that they broke 3 of my lug nuts off trying to get the wheels back off the truck. Then told me they couldn't fix it and I had to come pick it up and take it somewhere else and they weren't going to cover any of the cost for the repairs. Lug nuts were so over tightened the next mechanic had to drill out the studs after breaking 3 more lug nuts trying to get the wheels off. A total of 6 broken lug nuts and $1000 out of pocket repair because the kids in the back are totally incompetent.

Instantly I felt better when I was greeted with an iced bottle of water and a genuine welcome from one of the technicians. They explained their policies and shoes me my options. No pressure to upswell me on other items. They were mentioned and I did do the air filter when I watched them take my old One out and I saw that it did need replaced. They were quick but efficient with all they did. They have a top off service for the next 3 months if I need any fluids topped off. A follow up email the next day asking for my critic of their service. I will not hesitate to go back again and recommend them to others.

Unlike a Jiffy Lube or similar these folks come outside to greet you and ask what services you are looking for and ask if you'd like a tire rotation. Then they take your keys and send you to their comfortable waiting room with television and vending machines. We usually are waiting under 15 minutes before our car is waiting for us outside the exit door. That's it, eezy peezy :-) Bottom Line: Guess I could go to a regular auto mechanic, but these guys have always been very fair and honest and that's what keeps me coming back!

But he couldn't tell me this before I waited to even get it in the bay..... so the word "express" is truly not express!! Don't waste your time here!! We had a coupon from Moyer which we used. After a half hour the service advisor, Ms Rainwater, told us they would not rotate the tires because they are over age and they cannot legally do it. I argued but she was adamant. I just completed a deep drive with a search engine and could not find a law prohibiting tire rotations on our Edge. Now I have to take our Edge somewhere else for the work. I'm disappointed that I can no longer trust Moyer Ford.

After retiring to Gulf Shores nearly 7 years ago, I can honestly say this is still my go-to tire shop. Back in 2020, my last review, I was just starting to build a relationship with these guys after moving from TN, and they have definitely lived up to that first impression. They are still the same friendly, professional crew I remember. Even though I am just here for a single tire replacement this morning, they're getting me in and out just as fast as they did when I bought that full set of Michelins. The waiting room is still a great perk too. It is clean, cool, and has plenty of space to chill out with the big TV and free WiFi while they work on the car. They really make a stressful morning a lot easier to handle. Bottom line: These guys are honest, fast, and reliable. After six years of coming here, I still highly recommend them for tires, brakes, or an oil changes. Highly recommended!

She pointed me to the Walmart website and told me I could find tires under $100 apiece for my vehicle. I did exactly that and I'm really glad I listened. I found tires with great reviews and a long warranty, and even used ChatGPT to compare the different options Walmart had available, which made the decision super easy. The best part is I ordered the tires that same morning around 10 AM and they're arriving the very next day at my local Walmart here in Foley. I was even able to schedule installation online for tomorrow from 6-7 PM through the Walmart website. This whole process saved me a significant amount of money and was incredibly easy. Between the helpful staff, the Walmart app, and using ChatGPT to compare options, I couldn't be happier with how smooth this worked out.
