This customer service experience was like nothing I have ever had the pleasure of receiving in the Houston area that's for sure. Michael is very professional, personable and took care of business rapidly to resolve a complex and time limited storage issue. He was also available the next day, on his day off, to assist the employee that was present as needed. Kenzie was manning the desk the day I arrived and their handling of my storage needs was consistent. They communicated with each other very well. Because of Michael's professionalism along with that of the other employees at this location, I will never utilize another storage facility in this area. And I never in 1 million years thought I would be writing a review about a storage facility. Besides the professionalism at the desk, the building itself is very solid and it looks hurricane ready. They are conscientious about the cost and go the extra mile to help make moving into storage a smooth process. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Michael needs to be promoted if he's not already to regional management at minimum!!! He is a gem! I got to say bye-bye to my trailer attached to my truck a lot sooner because of his intervention and kindness.
