    BEWARE! Rates go up every few month, they turn off autopay and sell your belongings! Buy a shed- IT'S WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN!

    My belongings have been at this location for 13 months now. Current employee Alex was nice enough…read moreto intervene on my behalf and reverse the 2nd rent hike I had during year one (going through the district mgr). My unit is on the 3rd floor and the whole building was brand new when my things were moved in. Have not physically seen them since shortly before Christmas last year so hope & pray I don't have the mildew problem that reviewer # does. And sincerely hope they help them out w/ the insurance issue and contact w/ a different insurer!!! Specific to the location customer service has always been excellent!

After three weeks of trying to make a claim with CCP Claims the company they use for these sorts of issues I have gotten nowhere, my first call way on 10/07/2024 I was told someone would call me within 3-5 business days with a claim number and an adjuster would be handling, my second call to expedite the claim after no phone call was on 10/17/2024 and again no call, my third call was today 10/20/2024 with the same response someone will be getting back to me in 3-5 business days... I will not be holding my breath waiting for a call. Our unit was in the middle of the first floor on the left side, I noticed the damage on 9/27/2024 when a company I hired to move us out of the unit did not want to load the truck due to the amount of mildew om our belongings, I brought this to the managers attention and was told the bay doors have been malfunctioning and people have been abusing the doors to come in and out of the building do not have any dehumidifiers, oh and they do not have these issues on the second and third floors. At this time there is only no air handler running at all, there are supposed to be four. I would expect this if I had rented an outdoor unit, but I didn't because I wanted to avoid this situation. I have had to throw out several items and am still trying to wash EVERYTHING we own, including all of the items in my kitchen glass etc. I have been offered nothing but the company they go thru and that does absolutely no good!! This company is falsely advertising their units. I would NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!! I highly suggest you do not either unless you want a similar situation and the rates to go up every month.

This manager, Wendy is always rude and condescending to customers and employees. Which is why they can't keep an "assistant manager". Don't believe their google customer 5-star reviews, she asked her employees to get all their friends to give them 5 stars so they could win a competition with their company. So don't believe all the "glowing" reviews. While the facility maybe nice, having to deal with a manager who thinks they are high and mighty isn't worth it. If you dig enough, you will see they never take responsibility for any " misunderstandings" This was taken from a Google review. Shandolyn Mercurius 3 reviews 2 months ago Absolute terrible experience. We made prior arrangements to store items and had reserved the truck to use as well. We showed up to use the truck at 11:30 and the employee (manager, Wendy) did not show up to release the truck until 1:00. She has told us prior to this, it was available for pickup and use from 9-5 that day. There was an accident on hwy 98 in front of the store upon returning the truck at 5:00. Wendy called us to ensure we were on the way. I told her my husband was in front of me nearing the store. She became aggressive about us returning the truck on time although she was aware of the traffic back up, up to the store. She threatened to call the police on my husband and stated that she did not care whether he was active duty or not, she would call the police. We removed the items from the truck as quickly as we were able to and she continued to threaten to evict us the following week and call the police. This manager does not have any accountability to customers and becomes aggressive very quickly without care, throwing around her illusion of power. She also attempted to get my husband in trouble with his boss by contacting his job to cause further trouble. On the day in question, our manager Wendy was faced with challenging circumstances, including a large delay in picking up her daughter from daycare due to the late return of the truck. It's important to note that our Free Move-In Truck policy requires the truck to be returned by 5PM to ensure availability for all customers. While we understand that traffic delays can occur, Wendy's calls were intended to ensure the truck's timely return, in line with our policies. Her actions were driven by a need to manage operations efficiently and not by any personal aggression. Additionally, we deeply appreciate the service of all military personnel and offer a military discount to show our gratitude. Wendy herself is military-affiliated and holds immense respect for those who serve. "threatening and did not care whether active duty or not" is not in line with how Wendy acts. Furthermore, we do not condone any form of inappropriate behavior from either our staff or customers. Wendy acted professionally throughout the situation, as confirmed by other tenants who witnessed the interaction. Our priority is to protect both our managers and tenants, ensuring a respectful and safe environment for everyone. We value all feedback and will use it to improve our services.
