we arrived ready to rent a unit at this location on a Friday only to find a note saying no one…read morewould be available to help onsite until Tuesday. Because we already were loaded up with stuff we tried to sign up online instead. The site was not easy to navigate and once I was finished I still needed to call customer Service anyway. Once I got them on the phone I just decided to cancel the whole thing but was told that I'd have to wait til the next week til they canceled it and I got a refund. No one got back to me after that as they promised someone would except when I threatened to contact my credit card company and get the charge reversed but even then I was given a lame excuse and another promise that district manager would call me back after the weekend to do the refund. I waited til the close of business Tuesday but heard nothing so I reported it to my credit card and they thankfully refund the amount immediately. Now I'm just hoping that the place doesn't try to charge me again next month Or I'll have to report them for fraudulent activity because I have told 3-4 people on the phone/via email that I intended to cancel this storage unit!!!
