Recently the unit was broken into and expensive boat electronics and many tools were taken. The security system had been non functional for over a month allowing thieves to easily steal our belongings. The facility had previous theft on exterior units yet ignored the security breakdown. Many attempts were made to recover our items or funds to replace them. Storage King refuses to make this right. I am stuck here without parts or funds for my home/boat. I highly recommend anyone to consider another storage facility. It is unfortunate I must suffer due to incompetence, neglect, and disregard. Corporate once again cares little for average consumers

If sales are your thing-Alyssa's seems to always have booths with either a percentage or a clearance on items. A plus is the Post Office located inside the store as well. So nice to purchase a gift and mail it soon after. Boxes and mailing supplies are plentiful and readily available. The employees greet you upon entering and the cashiers are a plus, they care about your purchases and will wrap them very carefully as if it were their own items. A big plus is Pikas Grill food truck located in their parking lot. Its grilled and the variety is amazing. Also, a yogurt counter is there featuring fresh Acai bowls.
