Love, Love, Love this store! Brenda cut all my fabric and was so patient while I decided which fabrics to buy. I started out without cart, big mistake! I was walking around with an armful of bolts and another customer offered up her cart. Good thing, I filled it right up! They are so friendly and have so much selection! They even just got in the Jeepers Creepers line I've been looking for! The prices are great here. Run, don't walk, to check out this awesome store!!! Stopped by for a visit while I was in the area as I like to support my LQS. Pros: The store was huge and had a large selection of fabric. Fabric was organized by holidays and novelty fabric. They did carry some Moda, Riley Blake, RSS and others but just a few bolts of different lines. On one side of the store the ladies seemed to be friendlier and there may have been a shop hop or something going on as they were explaining a coupon. Cons: The store looked like a cross between an old five and dime and the leftovers from Joann's. Not very well light. One the other side of the store the experience was quite different. The thing that really turned me off was the employees on this side were unhelpful and apathetic. When I asked an older lady for a particular fabric she told me to go look in another area and wasn't helpful. (My husband said she came out shorty after to smoke). When I asked the girl that was cutting fabric if she would cut fat quarters she responded that she didn't know. She said I guess if I'm not too busy. After spending some time picking out some fabric I was waiting in line to have my fabric cut and as I stood there waiting no one spoke and the girl was super slow. She didn't even have a rotary cutter. I almost walked out then but thought I'd wait another minute or so. When she still didn't speak and was taking her time I just walked away from the cart and left. What a waste of my time. Sorry ladies, customer service is everything! read more

like a couple of other folks i also found the staff to be very distant and not helpful at all......i have been there a few times and once there was someone friendly and helpful....3 times i walked out and kept the $100 i was planning on spending in my wallet not their cash drawer. there is a difference in atmosphere and employee attitude one side of the store compared to the other.....the poor service and confusing sale pricing make it well worth the extra travel time to go somewhere else to shop.....i want to enjoy the things i buy and enjoy the experience of shopping and spending my money......this is not my kind of store too bad.. they have a great selection of fabrics. read more

Fairly reasonable on decorator fabric for garments. Compared to other fabric shops in the area. Huge selection of quilting fabrics too.

Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. They have the best selection of fabrics and a lot of things for crafting. They have classes for quilting as well if you'd like to make a quilt. I highly recommend this jewel of a store to find your fabrics and crafting materials. read more

by the way to those reading the reviews, the reviews before me some are auto bot and not from real people..... Several weeks have passed and after consideration I have decided to write a review of the treatment I received at this store , for over 15 years I have gone there to buy my fabrics and notions. My mom and I went in and was directed immediately to put a mask on , my mother who has a legitimate health issue replied she could not , I just said no. The lady working insisted that if I didn't she would call the police immediately, this was less then a minute from us entering the store , we were told to order on the phone and curbside pickup if we would not comply, I said no worries we'll leave while leaving she took my picture with her personal phone saying she was going to put my picture on a wall to signify I would not come back or comply with wearing a mask, that night I posted a review on this page and was harassed and bullied to take it down. NO Worries I will never patronize this store again...ever. I tell everyone I can about how rudely we were treated over a mask....a simple And taking my photo was unprofessional. I didn't cuss, I didn't yell . I did argue questioning how she was treating and talking to my mom and I. Bad , very bad business. We are a mask free state. Let's see how long before I get a nasty message this time....... read more

Wow this place has a little bit of everything to include a butt load of unique fabrics. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly. I do more crafts than sew but I recently bought a sewing machine and I learned they have free sewing classes and some knit, quilt classes some of those are free as well. I joined the membership $20 yr so along with great discounts, on my birth month I'll get 3 yrd of free fabric. This is a gem of a store. read more
