As others have said this is a great shop filled with so many beachy things and staffed with…read morewonderful and helpful employees - we stopped in to grab a souvenir more specifically a refrigerator magnet for our RV just a small memento documenting our trip. with so much inventory it was impossible not to walk the entire store, there were lots of families here who were likely on vacation stocking up on beach wear and and toys for the little ones, but there's plenty of things for mom and dad too. I don't remember seeing more quality items in this type of shop in a long time I guess it's name "department store" really separates it from so many beach stores scattered along the coast. It was a difficult choice but we finally decided on a piece that we both liked. This is a shop that is a must visit if you're in the area, even if you're not shopping for a specific item you'll probably find something that you must have, it's a great place to find gifts, beach or everyday wear or something simple to remind you of your time in the area...

Signs are extremely confusing. They lead you to believe prices are one thing and then charge way…read moremore at the checkout. Make sure you read signs very carefully. Most importantly though, when I went to correct what I thought was an error, I approached friendly and was met with extreme unkindness. They treated me like I was stupid and in front of a line of people the man made a remark "sorry about her, everyone" and I left crying. It was just a misunderstanding that I personally felt could have been handled with a warmer disposition. You could probably (hopefully) find nicer people at one of the many other shops.
