I appreciate the variety of brands featured. Recently I picked up a really darling set by an Australian designer. I love their variety. Some of their pieces are more billowy long dresses. She was energetic, easy going, and super sweet, and she listened and was able to understand the vision that I had and what style of dress I was looking for. She helped me into each dress and gave me items like belts and hair pieces that helped compliment each dress. It was my first time bridal dress shopping, and I never thought I would fall in love with a dress that quickly. However, I had plans to go to visit a few other places, and I knew I wanted to sleep on it before I made a dress decision. Leigh was never pushy, which I sincerely appreciated, and was so understanding that I wanted to go home and think about my decision. She knew I loved that dress, and she knew I would come back, which I did, the next morning, and bought it. I love that this is a family-owned business (her husband runs the tuxedo shop next door), and they're both so charming and wonderful to work with. There is one young girl that works there that is nice. The other likes to play her loud rock music to ruin any possibility of a good shopping experience you might have. This even after being asked to change or turn it down. I told her that the music made me want to leave and she did not change it. When I would ask a question about an item, it was always a short answer like she was barking. The other girl was sweet but would not stand up to the hateful one.

This small business HARASSED and BULLIED my family when one of my groomsmen was unable to find the…read moretux jacket that he rented. Not only did they repeatedly call myself, my husband, and my groomsman for the jacket for weeks, they proceeded to threaten us with police action. The amount owed was merely $150. I had a sheriff calling my phone threatening my groomsman with an arrest warrant as a scare tactic. As a rental service, losses are inherent in their business. The fact that they went to such extreme measures from one jacket was absolutely ridiculous. I was taught not to lend money if I can't afford not to get it back. Perhaps they shouldn't be in the rental business if $150 was going to put them under such strain.
