This is by far the best place to shop in Pensacola! If you love fashion, elegance, work wear or just street wear. Great casual outfits that are sophisticated, edgy and just perfect. This is the place to shop. I shop here for everything work to casual wear 100% of the time I get asked where did you get that. My husband even wants a men's selection of clothes. The description of this listing says "great customer service" and I'm sorry but talking bad about a customer you spoke with on the phone while other customers are shopping is not good customer service. Not to mention when we walked in she asked if we had shopped in there before and proceeded to take a long pause. As if she was thinking of how to ask us to leave....it's a beach town where customers could be visiting from out of state and wearing beach attire. I wanted to leave immediately but out of respect I took a look around. The pictures that are listed on here are no longer accurate, it looks very tossed around, some clothes not on the hangers all the way, pants unzipped, patterns and colors not properly merchandised. It was a nightmare for someone who's worked in retail since she was 15. I don't recommend this store for tourists because they aren't welcoming. read more

Scout boutique is such a gem. This boutique carries my favorite lines of denim including FRAME and L'agence!! No one else in the area carries these lines or further more even knows they exist. The owner is always so nice and shows so much attention to detail in everything she buys. The entire store is beautiful and everything in it is spectacular as well. I don't know what I'd do without this store because it is the only shop in Pensacola that carries high end fashion. read more

I visited this " Scout" store on 5/18/2019 I entered the store and the owner who was very rude loudly screamed at me to get out of her store with my Service Dog as she had a dog in the store who would attack my dog????? She didn't even allow us to get my 2nd foot in the door. She came into my personal space pushing us out the door and proceeded to stand there until we left the storefront with eye cursing I've never seen before. She was in the wrong not only did she Yell & Scream at us me & Daisy May My hearing guide dog she violated my civil rights and she came into my personal space and violated my wellbeing. We did absolutely nothing wrong but enter your clothing store. What classless act in addition to very unethical business pratice. Reading your reviews you should rethink being in public scrunity. You are just bad for business. It's a shame!! I had money to spend and you were oblivious not a people person & you give true entrapnuers a really bad rap among general population. I hope that storefront goes to someone really special who would love a very diverse cliental base. Bought a clothing item on sale and did not realize until I got home that it was wool - my bad; I'm allergic. Less than 6 business hours later I brought the item back and kindly asked if I could exchange it for another shirt I had tried on. Absolutely not...sales lady was apologetic but unbudging...sale item purchases are final. Wish I had been told that when I purchased the item but the receipt clearly states it. Just thought it wouldn't make a big difference since the item I wanted to exchange would have resold very quickly. I rarely ask to be the exception to a policy but my personal business interactions and also being a mom have taught me not to say no unless it matters. This would not have mattered to the store's profitability. read more

I'm sure this store is for some people, but if you're looking for affordable boutiques, this is not the place to go. One average skirt was about $600. Maybe it was designer, but still beyond my budget. The workers seemed nice, except it was obvious they were judging us by the fact we could probably not afford their prices. This is my first time rating a business on Yelp, and as much as I hate to give any small business a bad rating, I feel this boutique deserves it based on how rude their sales girl was. Maybe she was having a bad day, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. Needless to say, I will not be spending my money there, nor would I recommend this boutique to anyone else. I have never written a review on anything before; however, I was so offended by the sales person in this store that I opened a yelp account. I went in to shop and had my 4 year old with me. She was, of course, excited about the mannequin, but before I could tell her to leave it alone, the repulsive sales person told her to get down. She later picked up a belt to show me and said "mommy, this would look pretty on you". The sales person grabbed it from her and said she couldn't touch it. It would have been different had she just jumped out of an ice cream store with a mess all over herself, but this wasn't the case. Horrible place. I am staying here for a month at the beach, and clearly won't be going back. My best friend lives here, and I will be sharing with her and others I know here about the ridiculous behavior of the people that work at this dreadful store. Yes, all of the brands in this store can easily be purchased online so skip the possibility of having to speak to the rude a**holes that work here. read more
