She was energetic, easy going, and super sweet, and she listened and was able to understand the vision that I had and what style of dress I was looking for. She helped me into each dress and gave me items like belts and hair pieces that helped compliment each dress. It was my first time bridal dress shopping, and I never thought I would fall in love with a dress that quickly. However, I had plans to go to visit a few other places, and I knew I wanted to sleep on it before I made a dress decision. Leigh was never pushy, which I sincerely appreciated, and was so understanding that I wanted to go home and think about my decision. She knew I loved that dress, and she knew I would come back, which I did, the next morning, and bought it. Not only did they repeatedly call myself, my husband, and my groomsman for the jacket for weeks, they proceeded to threaten us with police action. The amount owed was merely $150. I had a sheriff calling my phone threatening my groomsman with an arrest warrant as a scare tactic. As a rental service, losses are inherent in their business. The fact that they went to such extreme measures from one jacket was absolutely ridiculous. I was taught not to lend money if I can't afford not to get it back. Perhaps they shouldn't be in the rental business if $150 was going to put them under such strain.
