If I could give ZERO stars I would !! I have been a Kohls customer for many years and purchased a lot. ALL OF YOU OUT THERE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. ** I tried to make a store return from a purchase I made online "two days ago" because the shirt did not fit when I received it. I waited in line for around 20 minutes and the cashier told me rudely that my return is DENIED -- and I said, I HAVE A RECEIPT, just purchased two days ago. She said she did not know why and can't override it. KOHLS IS DENYING RETURNS !!! Even if the item does not fit or if it is damaged. BEWARE TO YOU ALL!! Now I am stuck with an item that does not fit me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS !! My receipt is valid with no issues. I will not be purchasing anything else from KOHLS STORES !! It's Thanksgiving/Christmas season!! Which means early Black Friday sales and deals! Trigger warning: This is more of a blog. I made 3 online orders in a span of ONE week. Which is quite a lot for me, personally. They had great Kohl's cash deals, more than a week ago (spend $50 get $15 Kohl's cash) and currently back to the norm (spend $50 get $10 Kohl's cash). The online order process was easy and something I've been familiar with for the last couple of years, plus they have an app for your phone! I'm also a couponer (used to be an extreme couponer, during grad school). I was able to get some early Christmas gifts for the entire family, with the last 2 weeks early Black Friday deals! I was so happy and still am! My first order I selected the 'pick up in store' option. There was also the 'drive up' option, but I didn't think about it at the time. So we went to pick it up and I thought maybe I could do the 'drive up' option at that time. But there was no option for that, if you already picked the 'pick up in store' option. So on my second and third online order, which I picked up all at the same time, I selected the 'drive up' option during checkout. It was so quick and efficient! Just drive to Kohl's, park in the designated "Drive Up" lot, open up the email or text message for the "Pickup Pass", open the "Pickup Pass", then enter the lot number you're in plus your car color & model, and lastly pop open your trunk or unlock your back seat door. It literally took them a total of 2 minutes from the time I parked to the time they close my trunk. I can't guarantee that for everyone, even though I had 2 pillows, 3 fluffy throws, and a box of shoes. The associate who came out of Kohl's to drop off my items wore a mask as well. Thank you. Lots of stuff, not real organized. Dressing rooms pretty organized. Big parking lot. If you are patient, you will find something on sale.

Always the most helpful cashiers. Not much employee / customer interaction while shopping.

It takes a lot for me to give one star. But as I was checking out I asked the cashier if Kohl's gave a Veterans discount? As my cashier wasn't sure he asked a coworker. The coworker replied " We only give military discounts on Monday" this was said in a very rude manner. I simply replied " Troops defend this country 24 hours a day, seven days a week. read more

My wife and I both like Kohls because the mall is an absolute nightmare (to me anyways). The things I really like about Kohls is that they always have plenty of parking, the registers never have long lines, and their prices are decent (not to mention the $10 gift cards they send you in the mail). read more

My favorite place to shop in Pensacola. I can always find someone to help when I need them. Very clean and nice selection of ladies and baby clothes. The customer service is excellent, I have called several times to have them pull items and put them on hold for me and I appreciate that. read more

I've always loved this Kohls! I have never had department store workers work with me so patiently!!! Being color blind, it is difficult to shop for clothes. The girl who helped me was very kind and helpful as she patiently picked out some outfits for me! read more

We like shopping at Kohl's - in my mind, it's at the quality level of Target for department stores, and it's a lot more convenient than trying to park at the mall. Don't be confused by the address - this location is basically on 9 Mile Road. read more

I love this Kohl's store. It is very well stocked, customer service is great and not intrusive. You can really look around and try on clothes or carry items from one department to another without sales people hovering over you - but they are easy to find if you need them. Plenty of parking, great rewards program, credit card links with rewards. You can order online and pick up at store if available and use rewards earned in store online, as well. I went to buy my son some converse shoes and I couldn't believe the variety of styles they had stocked in many sizes. I also like a lot of their store brands in clothing: sonoma, apt. 9, simply vera wang. I would definitely put the quality above Target and more in line with jc penney or Belks. It is my favorite place for retail therapy, since I stopped going to malls years ago. read more
