Annoying because the jewelry people there can't even adjust the watch for you, you have to go to the Watch Repair Shop next to them to have it adjusted but the only time I had freedom outside of class is on the weekends and the watch store is not open on the weekends, annoying and the workers were rude to me. Why can't they get a watch adjuster at the NEX? So frustrating, don't buy any watches there they suck. Everything else was okay. NEX if you are reading this please buy a watch adjuster and have it at the store. Please, I don't want to rely on another store to have something simple be so inconvenient. read more

The Navy Exchange is great. Since I see a doctor at the Navy Hospital we are there a few times a year. The exchange is a great place for us to shop. The items are tax free and there is plenty of items to choose from. And the value of items is great. It's always clean and stocked really well with plenty of selection and value. The service from the ladies bagging and wheeling your groceries to your car is awesome. read more

They have a very large parking lot, and the Exchange is co-located next to the commisionary. As a retired military family we try and support these facilities, because this the businesses that directly support the active duty members. The Main Exchange offers brand name clothing and many other accessories. They always have plenty of staff and we always gotten great customer service. read more

Located on a military base, so military/veteran/or dependent identification required to shop. It is pretty much a department store, clothes, shoes, cosmetics, gifts, jewelry, perfume. You can also purchase things like household goods, protein powder, toiletries. Husband was a little disappointed because we did not see an electronics section, he wanted to purchase a video game. I was hoping there was a home fitness section so I could purchase weights and resistance bands, but there were none. We spent maybe $105 in The Exchange, purchasing household items we probably would have purchased at a big box store. I think I prefer The Exchange store in Biloxi more, but this one was nice. read more

My friend (Caucasian woman) and I (not Caucasian) were in the package store and got two different customer services. While my friend walked around, I asked a Caucasian employee to see if I can get some boxes for my friend. This woman said this is the pay week and they are moving employees so I would need to come on Monday. My friend got three boxes from another employee before we left. What could improve? And, yes I do have one:-) This NEX Commissary is not what you'd expect. Unfortunately it really needs a makeover. It's dated. The layout seems to create unnecessary walking in the store. Difficult for new comers and visitors. Employees are helpful and friendly. Pensacola seems to be that way. Specially, the locals. **They do have a very good selection of Gluten Free Products. That worked out great for me. And, the prices are reasonable. BEST OF ALL SINCE ITS MILITARY. No Tax(YAY). read more

I'm used to AAFES more than NEX since I live in Colorado, but I thought this was a huge NEX. I was impressed with all of the stuff they had (nice clothes and shoes, decently large selection of Navy branded gear too). It's essentially a mall, with the Commissary, main exchange, electronics store, garden store, salons, jewelry store, etc. all in a row. It's on Corry Station, not the big NAS. Close, but a separate base. You just have to go up Navy Blvd a ways out the main gate of NAS, and then take a left on HWY 98, then it's on the right. Not hard to find in the daytime, but I got totally lost at night not knowing the area. read more

We go to the Exchange at Pensacola frequently. They are building new grocery area, can't wait. The mall area does need updated outside but inside very nice. High end, middle end clothes, shoes, purses, fragrances. impressed with selection and prices. Liquor and beer store has nice helpful staff and good prices. Travel store is wonderful. Bree worked with us for months getting our family reunion together at Disney. Praying this virus ends for all of us soon. Our trip is in June. Would recommend. My family has a military background. My father is a former Army Master Sergeant. He served both in active duty and the reserves. My sister is currently serving in the Navy as an aviation officer. So, I'm very familiar with the Navy Exchange, having visited the one in North Chicago, Illinois frequently during my childhood. For our family, a trip to a naval base is not complete without a trip to the Navy Exchange (NEX). The best thing about the NEX is that you pay less for items that you can buy at the mall. The NEX also carries name brands like Coach, Michael Kors, Vera Bradley, Polo, Clinique, Bath & Body Works, TOMS and so on. Here's a price comparison for you: Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado - originally $28.50 and on sale at the NEX for $25 & Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 - originally $7 and on sale at the NEX for $6. See - a couple bucks cheaper, which is great, since every dollar counts! The best deals, however, can be found on their clearance racks, if you're willing to spend time browsing through them, as there are many in each department in the store. I spotted a nice-quality (dry wick type material) Polo shirt on clearance for $55.97. An additional 50% off was taken since it was a red-tagged item, bringing the total cost down to only $27.99. What a great deal! Do keep in mind that only authorized guests can make purchases at the NEX. See their website for a list of authorized patrons. If you are one, I'd definitely stop by here first before going to the mall or another shop to buy what you need. They may have it, and if they do, it'll certainly be cheaper than going to the mall. I definitely rued the day that I was no longer a dependent and had to surrender my military ID card and all the sweet privileges I had with being able to do my shopping (grocery and gas too!) on base. The only downside of this location is that it isn't connected to the Commissary like at other locations, so you have to bear the weather (sweltering hot when we visited at the end of August, unfortunately) to get to the grocery part. read more

I'm pretty sure this is the Navy Exchange at Corry. They have several makeup counters Clinique, Lancome. Lots of Perfume, Coach purses, wallets, shoes. Michael Kors watches, shoes, purses. Its an OK NEX. BEAUTY SALON gets no stars I called the Beauty Salon just to entertain myself and OMG Ew. The older lady was dumb as a box of rocks, coughing and probably smoking ciggs while answering the phone. I asked if they would be able to cater to hair extensions and automatically assumes I'm black as she rudely hollers for "Laquida" to come take the call cause she "don't know what I'm Talking about" I ask Laquida once she gets on the phone if they could handle hair extensions. She asks when do I want to come in? "I didn't ask you for an appointment, I SAID " WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO DO HIGHLIGHTS ON MY HAIR EXTENSIONS!!" Needless to say I wouldn't take my *pit bull to get its nails clipped here, much less get a trim. *If I had one that is. read more

Decaying and in serious need of a remodel. The Commissary and Exchange in Rota Spain are better than the Pensacola Commissary and Exchange. I don't get it. By comparison Rota Spain has a very tiny US Navy presence, even after moving the four DDGs out there, and the Retirees are not allowed to use the Rota Commissary or Exchange. But somehow the Rota Commissary and Exchange were remodeled and updated before Pensacola? There is a HUGE Active and Retired presence here. WTF. They remodeled and updated the Pensacola package store....Why not the Pensacola Commissary and Exchange. read more

This review is for the Salon. I recently went for a pedicure as well as a brow and lip wax and a trim and shape of my fingernails. From the start it was a great experience. My manicurist, Chi, introduced herself so I introduced myself to her. She used my name the rest of my visit. The pedicure looks great. (Mind you, it's just a basic pedi... no deluxe options). She did a phenomenal job on my waxing... she was very particular, took her time, and tried her hardest to get every last [stubborn] hair. My brows look great! And best of all, the price was lower than most salons I've been to. If we were stationed here in Pensacola, I would definitely be back! read more

I went to the beauty salon on a Friday afternoon (around 3PM). I had a wash, trim, and blow dry done by Nancy. Nancy was polite and friendly. Often times stylists will rush through what is my favorite part of a hair cut...the wash. Nancy took her time and really massaged my scalp. It was very pleasant and relaxing. Nancy also took her time trimming my hair. I only had about a half inch taken off the length and layers, but the real challenge came when she trimmed and texturized my bangs. She even made sure to fix some long pieces on my bangs after drying my hair. I can't tell you how many times I've discovered long bits on the ends of my bangs after washing and drying my hair the day after a cut. The best part was the price. I paid $19 plus tip. read more
