They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Thank you Degraaf Electrical Services for once again taking care of my electrical issues. You folks are the best, my first and only call when I need electrical work.

When they left, I felt like my house could catch fire at any minute. They never checked voltage or current. Just looked at the box and a female who knows nothing about electrical work and showed me a quote on the phone for $8,000. Then said the permit would be $300+ and texted to see if they could pull the permit. They were so eager that I got a second opinion...from an honest company, and the work for what they said was $8,000 is getting done for $350. They checked voltage/current and did a better inspection than Blue Marlin did. BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS. I will be contacting BBB and probably the news.

She was an amazing help and so patient. I felt zero pressure from her to go with one combo of tiles over the other. She pointed out many things I might encounter down the road which was helpful. When I came back to pick up the tile order the manager helped load it and open the boxes to make sure nothing was damaged. Turns out one of the boxes did have broken tile which saved me a couple hours of driving back when I discovered it. They were all very helpful. The selection of tile and flooring is wonderful. Highly recommend.
