I had a sheriff calling my phone threatening my groomsman with an arrest warrant as a scare tactic. As a rental service, losses are inherent in their business. The fact that they went to such extreme measures from one jacket was absolutely ridiculous. I was taught not to lend money if I can't afford not to get it back. Perhaps they shouldn't be in the rental business if $150 was going to put them under such strain.

The store has a large variety of dresses and their sizes range from 0-32. Putting on the Ritz also offers a 30 day lay-away with an $100 deposit. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted and my hunt started. I gave the lady a general idea of what I was looking for, and she pulled a few dresses that were spot on. The staff here really knows what they are doing, and the customer service is amazing! In less than an hour, I found the dress I was looking for. Another great thing about Putting on the Ritz is that they only carry a limited amount of each dress. Maybe 1 or 2 of each size for a particular dress. I loved not having to worry about another girl at this particular ball having the same dress as me, and even at other balls throughout the Mardi Gras season, I never saw another girl with this particular dress on. Considering most of the larger balls have approximately 1,500 other girls attending, this was a big deal. The pricing is definitely on point and reasonable. It was a formal jumpsuit. I had dry cleaned and I paid $20. This place is known for its military alterations for uniforms, it does have civilian dry cleaning though.
