As soon as we walked into the door at the Pensacola location we were greeted with smiles and Justin assisted us right away. He helped my fiancé find pants and a white shirt to try on, along with the perfect tux jacket. Justin even helped my fiancé pick out a pocket square and the most comfortable shoes. We bought the tux right then and there and signed our family members up on the registry because Justin had such a postitive impact on us. Ask for Justin! Thank you Mens Warehouse!

I went in willing to spend a lot of money for a few good bras. I was there for roughly 30 minutes and not a single associate said a word to me. I got my own dressing rooms and everything. I would kind of understand if they were busy (at least greet me), but they weren't busy at all. I did try to talk to one associate and she completely dismissed me and helped someone else. I work two clothing retail jobs and customer service is our top priority. Even if you're busy you still try to greet customers. I was very disappointed because I was hyped to finally have something that works for me and was a convenience to get a hold of. Unfortunately I ended up walking out with nothing. It sort of ruined my mood for the rest of the day as well. Maybe I'll give them a try again in the future but I have no intention of going back any time soon.

I went to Windsor Friday in desperate need to find a dress that I was a part of the very next day…read more I mentioned to the sales person, Tara, the color that I needed and that it had to be semi-formal-ish. She immediately took down two different dresses from the racks and brought me to a dressing room to try them on. I ended up purchasing one of them and I was so happy with it. Tara is a great sales person - she listened to me, asked questions and made small talk while I was slightly panicking over the situation. If I ever have a need for another dress like that, this will be my first stop. The prices are so reasonable and the selection is fairly decent. FYI - the sizes do run a little small (which I'm glad Tara informed me of that) and if you get a long dress, it will need to be hemmed.

I was appalled by the customer's words, and the poor cashier was visibly upset by the remark the customer made. I noticed rather quickly that management did absolutely nothing to diffuse the situation and basically allowed the customer to show blatant disrespect in front of other customers. To me, that is wildly unprofessional on management's part; nobody should get away with calling a kind worker "a mother****er" for just doing their job. I'm not sure what kind of policies allow this behavior, but I do not have any respect for places like that.

Apparently they had 50% off storewide sale and she wanted to take a look. I had not seen or heard of Torrid before so off went. It's a nicely appointed, clean, and well stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. While I figured out what they sold I decided to look them up to see what their deal is. They offer plus-size clothing and accessories for women size 10-30. Torrid opened its first store in 2001, in the Brea Mall in Brea, CA. They have over 600 stores in operation across 36 states in the US and is owned by Sycamore Partners, owner of Hot Topic, and US office retail biz Staples. They sell accessories, shoes, jewelry, novelty tee shirts, fashion tops, pants, Capri pants, shorts, skirts, dresses, outerwear, intimate apparel, hosiery, gifts, and beauty products. Bottom line: Nothing here for me, and my honey things it's maybe too young designs, but it's just right for my 30 something daughter.

Let it be known that most of the mall was handing out candy for their Halloween event that was advertised, but the children's store decided to pass on that. I was shocked at how rude this woman was that before we got to leave another family walked into the same harsh greeting. They were also caught off guard, and felt like they needed to explain why they had come in the store. The only reason I give this Carter's 2 stars is because of the size/selection and that there is a man that works there that has such a positive attitude all the other times we have gone into the store.
