We have all gotten so used to Amazon. Well online stores can't give what I received today. First I had soo many questions i thought for sure I was being annoying but the employee John gave me reassurance that they are a community bike shop and to ask away. I was initially interested in electric bike but after talking to John I decided that wasn't a great decision for me. Then he helped me pick out multiple bikes to give a test spin outside! We also connected on a few other topics which was so nice. I asked about locks and I got the full run down on that as well. I went in to get a new tube for my friends bike with a few questions and walked out with a new (used) bike and lots of knowledge! Plus two free tune ups. Remember if you buy a bike online no free tune ups and no meeting cool guys like John! Support your local bike shops and stop buying shitty ones from Walmart or online! Last thing is if John was not so patient and kind I most definitely would not have made my purchase. So much good happened I forgot to mention they were also able to fix my friends bike tired same day!
