What made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable was when that worker stood next to me and stared while I frustratingly tried to find something in my purse for several minutes. I even voiced that I needed a minute in hopes he would let me collect my thoughts and sewing part, but no...just so rude and overbearing. I probably will not be back. This store is absolutely filthy. FI don't think the floors have not been cleaned in years!…read more Went to buy some material. Did not see anywhere to get the material cut so had to got all the way to the front and stand in line behind 5 other people. The whole time 2 people working there kept yelling "self checkout is open for card only". They also told everyone they checked out they were glad they had "a good experience". Never heard anyone talking about a "good experience". When we finally got to the front we said we needed some material cut. We were told we would have to go back to the very back of the store to do that. I asked why there wasn't a sign. Their answer "there's a cowbell". Yes, a cowbell! Then they yelled at each other even though they were only 5-6 feet apart that I told them they needed a sign. We went back to the back of the store and never saw a cowbell!. We did see a sign up very high - approximately 10 feet that said we could call for a cut. At eye level at the same place was a sign that said pick up orders could be retrieved at this location. The person that told us where to go in the back disappeared as soon as she pointed to the cutting area. We left without buying anything and won't return! RUDE customer service. Filthy store!
