I finally came to Marcus Point today, and I will definitely be back! We bought 3 full bags bursting with clothes and only spent $75, and so many of those items were nice brands with the tags still on! Nothing was overpriced, everything was well-organized, and I was so wowed with the furniture quality and selection: solid wood pieces and nice furniture for $30-$70! To top it all off, Ms. Renee was a total sweetheart and we enjoyed chatting with her while we tried on clothes and checked out. This place is lovely! People…read moredonate these extra materials so that we can buy second hand at a good price while also helping charity but now the prices have skyrocketed in these past few months and it's unaffordable. I haven't been able to find a good deal at all. Actually, some of the very same materials I bought previously for $5 dollars a box is now for $30, $35, and $50 dollars. This store was always full of customers and now it's always empty. And I've noticed that people are not donating as much as they used to either. I'll drive a little further to get good deals since there isn't much competition in this area. I've spent thousands of dollar at this store previously but I don't like to spend my money frivolously. I think this is a local problem because I've been to the same store in other states and they're fairly priced.

Anyhoo, my nephew is engaged to a beautiful young lady now & they also share in my love for vintage mid century modern style.
