I know these people and I know their stories. The upper management is operating in the flesh without regard for grace and mercy. It is very sad to witness! This store was always full of customers and now it's always empty. And I've noticed that people are not donating as much as they used to either. I'll drive a little further to get good deals since there isn't much competition in this area. I've spent thousands of dollar at this store previously but I don't like to spend my money frivolously. I think this is a local problem because I've been to the same store in other states and they're fairly priced.
