I stopped by The UPS Store today to return several Amazon packages -- over 30 in total! I used the self check-in to avoid holding up other customers, but one of my receipts didn't print. Emily came over right away and went through all my packages to find the one I was missing. She was so kind, patient, and professional the entire time. The value is always great! Every time I visit, Emily is there with a smile, always willing to help, even when it's busy. She truly enjoys her job and makes every visit a pleasant experience. After recently moved to Pace I was in need of a UPS office and checked my trusty Yelp. I read the gentleman's review of this office, but decided to try it out anyway since it was so close. From the moment I stepped in the door the experience was everything I expected and more. The young lady behind the counter acted like she was glad that I came in that morning and was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. We discussed and selected options that made sense for my rather important (and expensive!) equipment shipment and I am confident it is in good hands. I did see a sign out front that stated that there was a new franchise owner, so maybe that was the reason my experience was so dramatically different. I will be back. read more

Had a great experience using the Amazon return drop off, I only had to give them the item and the barcode from Amazon, they took care of everything else. Store owner Angie is very professional and very customer oriented. I have used them for many personal needs and they are very very good. Highly recommend. read more

Every time I visit this UPS store, I have a great experience. More than once, I've gone in and needed some extra help and they have always been so accommodating and patient. The last time I was in, the manager Kim was the one to help me. She checked different prices for 3 different packages that I was sending, helped me to get a couple boxes up, and wasn't annoyed with me by the time I left. I have to strongly disagree with the previous reviews. Out of all the UPS Stores in the area, I recommend you take your business here! I personally travel out of my way just to get taken care of at this particular location. The current staff provide outstanding customer service. Very fast, efficient and friendly! Even when the staff is busy helping others, you are acknowledged and greeted immediately upon entry into the business. My personal experience: I had many sentimental items I needed packed and shipped and had no idea how I go about doing that. These items were of no actual value/irreplaceable to our family and I was very worried about sending them. Not having to lift a finger, the young lady working packed and shipped my items in the time manner I needed them to arrive with all my items protected and in the same condition as I sent them. This specific transaction was a bit pricey but knowing my items would be safe throughout transit was priceless. I now do all my packaging and shipping needs through this location as well as other needs. They do an amazing job on printing services I never knew they offered at The UPS Store. High quality prints and finishing services are available here at this location as well as many others! I love being able to support a small, local business. I also wanted to give a big THANK YOU to ALL the young ladies who are employed in this establishment! You go out of your way every time to please myself and others I refer over to you guys. read more

Went to drop off a package for the first time in several years and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Was greeted when I walked in, helped quickly and on my way with printed tracking. I was just dropping a package but inquired as to what other services they offer and packing the actual packages as well as most printing services are also provided at this location. Can't wait to use this location for other services as they were quicker than some other places I have tried. Thank you! read more

This experience was irritating and expensive. I went into this UPS Store due to it being convenient to the area that i purchased a gift i was sending second day air. The clerk was unfriendly and it was clear that she did not love her job from the time we walked in. We asked if they had a box for us to purchase and her answer was a flip "we have hundreds of boxes, what size?". We had various large hats and other smaller items and she asked if 12x12x12 wold work. When we asked for something a little bigger that would allow the hats to fit without bending we got a sigh as she went to the computer. At this point she mentioned that they had rolls of tape to "purchase, over there". We found a size that worked and she went to get it. I took a pen from a square holder on the counter and began to fill out the birthday card i was shipping. Upon her return her first comment was "Are you buying that pen?" I was taken back and stopped writing, asking if perhaps she had a pen i could borrow for a moment, and she responded "well you have already used that one", I AM NOT KIDDING! SHE REALLY SAID THAT! Then had to ask the other women what she rings those pens up as. $1.89 for a Bic. I wanted to PAY HER for the pen, walk out and go elsewhere to ship my package but was lazy and didn't want to drive 10 minutes more to get it done. The store was empty and the only other employee was sitting on the phone obviously taking care of personal business in the store phone. This place is a SAD excuse for a retail operation and i certainly understand why when i looked them up they already had a ONE STAR RATING! UPS should be embarrassed to have them represent its brand!!! I spent over $80.00 to send a few pounds across Florida and had to buy the pen after writing a few brief words. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! read more
