They will tell you straight up what the problem is after diagnostics. They won't sell you stuff that isn't actually wrong with it like other places. I could see the potential damage from the pictures they sent me but I figured they were the professionals and I shouldn't question their many years of experience. The damage was done by placing the 4 chairs on top of the dining room table that was upside down. The chair legs scratched the outsides of the dining room table. Also a 2 inch chunk was chipped off the dining room cabinet. I was disappointed but glad my furniture made it in overall very good condition. It was the first time I hired long distance carriers. Unfortunately, they have an ongoing serious problem with beggars. When I arrived I saw the man loitering directly in front of their store, asking a lady for money but she declined.
