The Pensacola UPS headquarters needs to be under investigation. My elderly relative sent my child a package containing cash. This package was "intercepted" in Pensacola, and they stole the cash! She was refunded by another UPS location. Today, I received a literal box of garbage, including LEAKING SODA, instead of medical supplies from CVS. This package was also "intercepted" in Pensacola. There was no liquid warning on the box...the culprit is clear. Mail fraud is a federal crime!! read more

Package supposed to be delivered on Monday, May 20th., ONLY to receive an email that said my package changed delivery date to Tuesday, May 21st. Then, on Tuesday, I received a conformation of delivery with a picture. The picture was of the back, inside of the UPS truck with one box. No box left on my porch, no neighbor received my package because I live in the country and have no neighbors, no package left by my front or back door. would give 0 stars if I could. Whoever the driver was for us, stated they couldn't find the address, but it's on the house and Amazon delivery drivers have no problem locating the house. Seems like the driver just wanted to end his shift and make a bogus claim. but somehow our neighbor across the street has an ups delivery almost weekly. I just can't understand how they can't locate an address with all the technology and maps and oh the numbers located on the front of the house too. And to top it off some lady calls back asking what street it's off, asking for directions. we don't live in the woods. it's just an older neighborhood, been on google maps and other maps for as long as google maps have been out. read more

I have had literally the worst day dealing with UPS in general and more specifically this local hub. My new iPhone I've paid a lot of money for was scheduled to be delivered today. I cleared my entire morning and early afternoon so I could be home to receive the package. The delivery guy came to the door and either didn't knock or *very lightly tapped* on the door (and definitely did not ring the doorbell otherwise I'd have heard it and would have been notified on my phone) and left with the package. I got an update saying they tried to deliver and would attempt to redeliver on the following Monday. This was not going to work for me, as I would be leaving on Monday for an entire week. I proceeded to call the UPS customer service line several times to get them to redeliver. Each time I was told they would have to contact the hub and then the hub would contact me. Three times I did this and no one called me back. Finally I called again and demanded to speak to a manager. They contacted the hub directly and said they could redeliver in 20 minutes. I had been calling all day at home and then the time they could deliver I was not home anymore. I BEGGED them to please deliver it Saturday morning as I would be home then. But no, I get a notification that they delivered my phone AND left it on my porch. Absolutely insane with the lack of communication. This situation could have been made better several ways- 1. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS! If it's an important package that must be signed for then pls have your drivers ring the doorbell! My dog who barks at everything didn't make a peep at this guys "knock." I also have the whole thing on camera. 2.Have a direct phone number to the actual hub instead of giving the customer service number. All of this could have been avoided if I could've talked to someone directly at the local hub. Instead, I was forced to wait on hold for 40 minutes at a time three different times just for a sweet representative to say they messaged the hub and then the hub would call me back (they never did btw). Again the lack of communication is insane to me. 3. More understanding and helpful managers/supervisors. The woman I talked to named Lou who I guess is a manager at the hub was extremely unhelpful and rude. She even argued with me by saying that no one was home the first time they tried to deliver. If I wasn't home, I would've never called and made this much of a fuss. I would've taken the L and waited to get my phone. But this issue was not my fault but the fault of one of her drivers. Also, she told me that my phone did not need to be signed for, so why did the driver not drop off my package the first time when I was actually home?! Instead you wait to redeliver when I specifically said to wait and then leave a very expensive item on my porch! Ridiculous! UPS has gone majorly downhill. Next time I get a phone or anything expensive I will choose a different carrier. read more

I schedule 1-2 UPS pickups every week. They've missed over 30 pickups this year. Unacceptable level of service.

Package has been stuck at this facility for 4 days. Website keeps kicking the est delivery day out a day when it hasn't been delivered. I haven't been able to find a local number to call them. The number listed for them is 800 number for ups which puts you on an automated answering service. I have requested a call from this facility and was told they would be in touch the same day. No calls back from them so far. Why not list the local phone number? read more

Wish I didn't have to give a star, I have a package sitting in this ups to be deliveried to SunBurst RV Resort to my parents and they won't deliver cause their is no apartment number. It's an RV resort their is no apartment numbers, they always deliever to office and everyone gets their packages and mail in office.. My wife and I were anxiously waiting our new entertainment center on Dec. 9th. When it was brought off the truck the box was busted open and UPS told me I was wrong to have denied the delivery and that it was my fault for the problems. They said the matter was between me and Best Buy. They cannot explain why it looks liked the package was dropped and busted open. I tried to file a complaint, but they said I cannot since i did not accept the package. The driver told me the people that work at the center don't care if they drop a package or what happens while loading the trucks. I am dumbfounded by this. read more

Horrible horrible horrible service. If you have any choice to not use UPS. They have given their drivers the ability to decide what packages they will and will not deliver. So if you're waiting for a package you might not get it for a week because the driver might be in a mood. That's what happened to me. A $291 package and the driver wouldn't deliver it. I called in a concern because the UPS driver left a package outside my store today, I have not opened yet in Pensacola Fl. Two boys where circling in the parking lot looking at the package when I pulled up. I called this locations to make sure no other packages where left at my front door since my store is not officially opened. Yas the agent who answered the phone repeated out loud only "so your calling us because of two boys hanging outside" than I hear cracking up laughter around this woman. Very professional, I instantly tell her no my concer is left packages at a store that is not open yet. Than I ask for a supervisor, I'm on hold. read more

I live on the second floor of my building and they didn't even knock to tell me my furniture was delivered instead they left a note that said "left at stairs" which is completely mind blowing because anyone could've walked up and stolen what I PAID FOR! just had my opened , things missing and ransacked package delivered by a known thief who appeared very high that i try to avoid. He said the UPS man gave him my package a block away so he helped himself to it ! I have 4 security cameras watching the street and the UPS truck never came down this street so i believe the thief ! hard to blame him as he was asking me if his truck was leaking and he had no truck but was on foot. he had food and other items in the open box which he removed but other things are missing . Don't bother trying to get a human on the phone at their 800 number. I've been at it all day and haven't broken the code, yet. I got a text saying they had tried to deliver a package requiring a signature but no one was home. I was definitely home at the time. The text gave me a link which invited me to request a different delivery, for a $2 charge, but never completed the transaction, so I can't even try to get my package. None of the user interface fields in the link worked, making me suspicious the text may have been a scam, but I can't talk to anyone at UPS about it because I can't get past the computer. The tracking number in the text was wrong and the UPS system couldn't find it. The computer system on the phone will not let you get past "what is the tracking number." If you don't have one, you ain't talking to anybody. This is the worst customer service experience I can remember ever having. One star is too many. read more

I've been home all day waiting for two packages to arrive...They never showed up...I got online to track my package and saw that they were being held for a later delivery date...called the 800 number for them and found out according to my tracking number that supposedly the recipient (me) had called to reschedule the date for delivery...waited on hold for 45 minutes...next time I will elect for in-store pickup or pay extra for Fed Ex if at all possible...They don't even deserve one star!!! read more

Celicia at this locations is rude and uses profanity with customers. It took me 19-minutes today to get past hold and they are extremely inefficient and lacking any flexability. Definitely a few decades behind what FED-X offers. Very sad that this is whom Verizon uses to ship packages with lately. She said I would be lucky to receive my packages undamaged.
