So a week ago, I stopped by to mail an important letter and buy one stamp. This was my first place and found it as it was right next to the NiBrow salon where I had an appointment. But that day the weather was crazy. It started pouring rain and the day was just gloomy that this business lost Internet connection when I was there and was unable to purchase my 60 cent stamp. I forgot the name of the gal and gentlemen, could have been the owners, but they were so kind and understanding that she went ahead and gifted me the stamp. It meant so much to me! I told her I would go back and purchase an entire book stamp. I love supporting small businesses, specially when they place great value and Customer Care. The service requested was above and beyond. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend for any printing and shipping services. Thank you!

I could see the potential damage from the pictures they sent me but I figured they were the professionals and I shouldn't question their many years of experience. The damage was done by placing the 4 chairs on top of the dining room table that was upside down. The chair legs scratched the outsides of the dining room table. Also a 2 inch chunk was chipped off the dining room cabinet. I was disappointed but glad my furniture made it in overall very good condition. It was the first time I hired long distance carriers. They could improve a little on packing and protecting.

At 11 am the map showed the truck about a mile south of my house, so I assumed my delivery would be shortly. Then it showed the truck on my street, so I'm sure delivery is imminent. Next time I check the map the truck is back south of my house, further away than it was before. Site says delivery time has changed to "before 9 pm." Now we're past 1:45, so I check the map again and it shows the truck is back on my street, so I'm looking out the window waiting. Next time I check it the truck icon is 3 miles north of my house and the delivery time is changed to "before 7 pm." Then the truck logo is a mile west of my house, then back on my street, then two miles north again. Package was finally delivered at 7:30 pm. The next day the UPS store said that might have been because they wanted to deliver first to businesses that closed at 5, but most of the places I saw the truck were in residential neighborhoods. Why can't the truck just deliver in a straight line? Seems like it would save time and fuel instead of being -- literally -- all over the map. I would never use UPS as a shipper but as a recipient I have no choice.

This package was "intercepted" in Pensacola, and they stole the cash! She was refunded by another UPS location. Today, I received a literal box of garbage, including LEAKING SODA, instead of medical supplies from CVS. This package was also "intercepted" in Pensacola. There was no liquid warning on the box...the culprit is clear. Mail fraud is a federal crime!!
