iPhone was constantly overheating and had a small scratch on the screen. Called Apple and they set me up with this location to fix my phone. As you other iPhone I'm users know, I expected to sell my kneecaps to get it fixed. As soon as I walked in, Eric was very hospitable and welcoming. I let him know what the issue was and he quickly started a diagnostic while simultaneously engaging in conversation with me. Eric was able to inform me of all my Apple coverage and answer any questions I had. Eric was able order a replacement and I am very pleased with the outcome/solution. Its only a temporary expensive fix. I payed 50 dollars for them to badly glue a part in my laptop. The work only lasted a little. After telling them my problem with their service, they said i needed to pay the 50 again to fix it. I was hopping that since it was their badly fixed job, that they would atleast give a discount. After all, the only thing they did was a glue a part. The guy was rude and said that i should go to Best Buy where the price is higher. He said the tools and their experience alone is why they need to charge me 50 again. He then said again that i could buy the expensive tools my self and fix it. They showed little concern and were dismissive. They are a rip off, unexperienced, rude and unreasonable. read more

What a super bunch of fellows! I took my MacBook Pro 16 in (3 months old...Grrr!) because it had developed Email-Alzheimers, then simply bricked up. They said it would be 1 to 2 business days. It was exactly that. The people I dealt with were knowledgeable about Macs (very few are) and did not display that "I will hold my nose and work on your toy" attitude that PC shops seem to take with Macs. Because the computer was under warranty they were able to give me a break on certain costs, which was very good of them. In short, if you have a sick MacBook, iMac, Mac Pro or other computer that needs help or rehabilitation, they are the people to see. If you need any technical help with your computer, this is where I would go. read more

I tried to make an appointment to run a quick diagnostics on my computer before my warranty expired. Not once but twice did the company fail to respond to me about when I can come in after reading my messages on Facebook. One responded with how they "should be open" two days later but they weren't sure. When asking for an appointment, I never received even a reply. I jut bought a new iPhone 11 from Verizon. After just over a month my iphone 11 screen was not working and unstable and started popping up all the apps like crazy. I took it back to Verizon shop to help me with the issue but unfortunately they were unhelpful and not friendly at all. I contacted my Apple and solved the unlocking issues. I came back to the location the next day. And Eric was helpful in explaining the issue to his colleague Sam since he was busy with another customer. His colleague Sam was also friendly and helpful. Sam was able to fix my problem, and I am very pleased with the outcome/solution. So far, a good experience - would recommended coming here over big store. I was on travel in Florida when my laptop went flaky and I was unable to power it down completely AND to see the display. Great place to build or repair your more "Senior" computer. I needed an old P133 memory board to get my Mom's Pent III PC back to life. They had two in stock at a good price. I bought the two boards then realized the machine could only handle one of them - max 512 ram. Went in the next day to return the extra board and they took it back no questions asked. Reasonable prices noticed while waiting. Efficient and courteous. Knowledgable and practical. I had an irritating issue with my computer not booting to safe mode minimal. He happened to take the divi video card out so it would boot up to VGA to see what was going on. It ended up being a quick fix and saved me so much trouble. I was so grateful and asked how much I owed him. He said no charge, just come back and see us for any of your computer needs. I thought that was awesome and will definitely employ their services again if needed. I would have gladly paid the $39 diagnostic charge. Had one of the best experiences in getting computer repair done at TFT. My Apple laptop had a serious hardware issue that comprised the operation and safety of the computer. TFT techs explained the issues completely and what the process was, including how they connected directly to, and worked with Apple Support to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. Parts required were sent over night by Apple and repairs were made the next day. Took computer in on Monday morning and pickup up on Wednesday morning. Computer is working like new. Additionally, while waiting to drop off computer, had opportunity to see techs interact with another, older client. They were very patient with all the questions and made sure the customer understood what was done to fix the problem and answered several other questions about ways to do other activities with the computer. Watching that and adding my experience with there techs, I think you should certainly give this company a chance when you have a computer problem. Bill S. read more

Spent $1200 for a custom made computer. Problem with video card started three weeks after brought it home. Store manager wanted $39 to troubleshoot my new computer ... said they did a 24 hour burn in and it was working fine when it left the store so it must have been me. Me thinks manager just wants the money. That is the last time my feet will cross the threshold of that store. read more
