Was struggling to find someone to install 5 network drops in my home. Most of the businesses I spoke to would not bid the job because the walls already had sheetrock on them. Then I saw that I could find people via Yelp, so I entered my information and requested and BAM! Within less than a minute, might have been a minute, I was contacted by Matt at Emerald Coast IT Services. He had just sent me a few questions and it rolled on from there. Over the next 30 minutes, I had an appointment for a walkthrough to discuss placement of network drops and options. Matt came out on a Saturday for the walkthrough and later that day, I had a quote. It was a no brainer to accept it as I felt it was honest and meeting Matt just reinforced that. Installation day came quickly and went very smooth, according to me. I wasn't the guy up in the attic of a single story home so I can say very smooth. It took roughly 4 hours to complete the job as Matt had assumed, and the results blew me away!
