Rescue #1: When my Mac Pro started acting up, they transferred everything to my new Mac and patiently hung out while I test-drove it, answering every question I had. Rescue #2: After my iPhone sustained water damage, the AT&T store crew couldn't transfer my data. I gave up on them, walked into The Tech Handyman, and they took care of me on the spot. Two hours later, both my new phone and Apple Watch were perfectly synced and ready to go. It's such a relief to have a responsive, reliable, and friendly team like The Tech Handyman (and woman!) nearby. Thank you so much! -- Lela

I never broke a screen on any phone until 2021...and it wasn't cracked. I had the iPhone 11 Pro…read moreMax. The thing was a monster. I always keep it in a case with a screen protector, but coming out of my SUV in the dark going to a work out at The Bluffs, the phone slipped out of my purse and fell on a corner from pretty high up. I noticed a green line. I thought I was screwed because I'm temporarily living in Pensacola, FL renovating homes and there is no Apple store here! So, I checked Yelp and found this place. I need my phone to make money so I didn't hesitate to pay the fee to get it fixed. Not only did they fix the phone in one hour back to the way it was but they were also able to apply a new screen protector for me within that hour. I don't see myself breaking my new iPhone 13 Pro... i'll never get a max again because that crap is too damn big for my little hand...but if anyone in my fam breaks another screen I know where to go!

The online support told me a few things to try, but could not remotely access my phone at this point, but said they would call me back 4 days later (@ 4pm) after I'd done the things they suggested. They didn't call back, and I went back to the store. They then referred me to Express Mobile Techs. These people are truly AMAZING! After examining my phone, they determined it was the motherboard. After costs comparison vs a replacement with the s25, I opted to buy my phone from them. Taylor then spent a few hours (!) trying to transfer all my data to a computer for backup between the lagging, shutdowns and restarts and then transferred and setup my new phone for me. She was able to unlock some frozen apps and also retrieve text messages that my phone had deleted. Verizon would never have done all of this! Additionally, about 4 or 5 years ago, they were able to retrieve data from my husband's phone that had suddenly become a "brick" while he was working from home! I had forgotten their name and where they were located when my phone went bad. I'm so glad to have found them again and will refer all my friends! I'll be taking in an older desktop for some work soon! They truly are EXCELLENT!
