The online support told me a few things to try, but could not remotely access my phone at this point, but said they would call me back 4 days later (@ 4pm) after I'd done the things they suggested. They didn't call back, and I went back to the store. They then referred me to Express Mobile Techs. These people are truly AMAZING! After examining my phone, they determined it was the motherboard. After costs comparison vs a replacement with the s25, I opted to buy my phone from them. Taylor then spent a few hours (!) trying to transfer all my data to a computer for backup between the lagging, shutdowns and restarts and then transferred and setup my new phone for me. She was able to unlock some frozen apps and also retrieve text messages that my phone had deleted. Verizon would never have done all of this! Additionally, about 4 or 5 years ago, they were able to retrieve data from my husband's phone that had suddenly become a "brick" while he was working from home! I had forgotten their name and where they were located when my phone went bad. I'm so glad to have found them again and will refer all my friends! I'll be taking in an older desktop for some work soon! They truly are EXCELLENT!

I don't normally outsource my IT needs, but dealing with failing eye sight is an issue when…read morereplacing a hard drive in a laptop, so I decided to try these guys since they were close to me. (Be aware that they don't give you an active phone number to contact them, but use a Google Voice number. That should of been my 1st clue.) They were prompt in picking up my wife's laptop and agreed to clone the existing HHD and replace the existing drive with a Solid State Drive for the cost of a replacement drive and about an hours worth of labor, which I thought was fair. Then the problems started: 1. They couldn't clone the drive because of an issue with Microsoft Bitlocker. Being IT Professionals, they should of been able to navigate this challenge, but they couldn't. 2. Long story short, after a week of text messages and phone calls, we got the laptop back with a new Solid State Drive as requested, but with a new Operating System and no license key and none of my wife's documents installed. Fortunately, we did a backup of her system before we gave them the laptop. All worked fine for about 2 weeks until the laptop stopped recognizing the hard drive. I called them and they were inquiring about me giving them the laptop again, but I was tired of dealing with them at this point. 3. Upon my taking the laptop apart, it was theorized that the HHD Connector Cable Ribbon could have been damaged possibly because of removing and reinstalling the replacement drive multiple times. I eventually wound up buying a replacement cable because after removing the new drive they installed and connecting it to another laptop, it did recognize the drive. As I am waiting for the replacement cable to arrive, I wound up buying my wife a new Dell Inspiron like she had before with the SSD installed from the manufacturer and it works great, just how we wanted the old laptop to run, but at a cost of $462.24. These guys may be good at Networking offices or handling servers and storage devices, but I'm afraid I would not recommend them to work on personal computers at this point in time. But on a positive note; they did not charge me for the new SSD that was installed into my wife's laptop.
