Unfortunately, most repair facilites want you to bring the entire computer to them, but I wanted someone who could come to our apartment and try solving the problem here without disassembling all the camera, printer, audio speaker cables, etc. I saw some very positive reviews of Emerald Coast IT -- which serves Navarre and Gulf Breeze -- so I figured I'd give them a try. We couldn't have been more pleased with Matt, who cheerfully agreed to make a housecall. He was not only extremely personable and patient with us, but very tech savvy and quickly deduced/solved the problem. We can't recommend him more highly. If you have a computer that requires the repair person to come to you, he's definitely your man.

He kept trying various things, but none worked. At 1 1/2 hours I asked him to stop, as he was getting nowhere. He agreed that he didn't know what else to do. I was charged $191.50 for a failed repair. I felt paying the service charge for 1 hour was fair, not for a guy spinning his wheels and being unsuccessful.
