Unfortunately, most repair facilites want you to bring the entire computer to them, but I wanted someone who could come to our apartment and try solving the problem here without disassembling all the camera, printer, audio speaker cables, etc. I saw some very positive reviews of Emerald Coast IT -- which serves Navarre and Gulf Breeze -- so I figured I'd give them a try. We couldn't have been more pleased with Matt, who cheerfully agreed to make a housecall. He was not only extremely personable and patient with us, but very tech savvy and quickly deduced/solved the problem. We can't recommend him more highly. If you have a computer that requires the repair person to come to you, he's definitely your man.

She also doesn't know the cardinal rule that "the customer is always right" and irritably wanted to debate the difference in a crease and pleat with me. I left with the garments I was leaving because I won't subject myself to such rudeness! It's too bad, I find your finished garments to be above average. But like I said, not worth it to encounter such a rude, rude employee.

He looked at it right away, did a couple things and turned it on. I guess my brand of laptop doesn't like sleep mode. He explained about closing it before it is completely off. Not good. He charged me NOTHING. He didn't have to do that. But I was extremely thankful!
