Upon arriving a day after they were supposed to be done, they unsympathetically said it's not done yet, and they had no idea when they'd be finished. Unfortunately, I absolutely needed these clothes for work. After calling their main location, I was able to track down the items and was told to drive to the Pensacola location to retrieve them. Fortunately, I spoke to a very friendly person at the Pensacola location who delivered them to the gulf breeze location. In the end, after scrambling, panicking, and basically begging for my clothes back, I got them 2 days late, and some still dirty. If it wasn't for the incredible lady in the Pensacola location, my job would have been in jeopardy with no work clothes as a new hire.No one even apologized or seemed to care that they didn't know where my clothes where or when they'd be done except for that one person. Good grief, avoid this place!

If you enjoy being overcharged, paying for services you didn't receive, refolding your own laundry, and discovering your clothes have shrunk ---again--look no further. I've been traveling for over a year and have used wash-and-fold services all up and down the east coast. I have never encountered anyone as disorganized, unprofessional, or misleading as this business owner--who even claimed to own several locations. Also, don't believe the posted business hours. She closed at 11 a.m. on the first day and 10 a.m. the next. She mentioned she has another job--real estate, I believe--and is only at the shop for a couple of hours each day. She didn't even start my order until the very morning I was supposed to pick it up. I mistakenly came a little early and she sitting there to the side (not the business counter) Looks at me says. "It's not done, I SAID 10!" What can you really say at that point, she has your clothes???? EDIT: my clothing has that burnt dryer smell - highly the request of low heat was followed- As I said above not my first time using a wash / fold service, I know how things are suppose to be done

It's nice on the inside--apparently remodeled with new washers and dryers. Very clean inside. Nice safe location. Only issue is the first time we used it for our towels, the dryer took 2 rounds and we had to split up our load. Our second time we started with splitting the load of towels in the dryers.
