"Didn't you get my message?" --all because you dared to confirm your pickup after being told one thing in person, only to see something completely different in the text, email, or receipt. If you enjoy being overcharged, paying for services you didn't receive, refolding your own laundry, and discovering your clothes have shrunk ---again--look no further. I've been traveling for over a year and have used wash-and-fold services all up and down the east coast. I have never encountered anyone as disorganized, unprofessional, or misleading as this business owner--who even claimed to own several locations. Also, don't believe the posted business hours. She closed at 11 a.m. on the first day and 10 a.m. the next. She mentioned she has another job--real estate, I believe--and is only at the shop for a couple of hours each day. She didn't even start my order until the very morning I was supposed to pick it up. I mistakenly came a little early and she sitting there to the side (not the business counter) Looks at me says. "It's not done, I SAID 10!" What can you really say at that point, she has your clothes???? EDIT: my clothing has that burnt dryer smell - highly the request of low heat was followed- As I said above not my first time using a wash / fold service, I know how things are suppose to be done

It's nice on the inside--apparently remodeled with new washers and dryers. Very clean inside. Nice safe location. They have the coin option or also the app/credit card route as well which I feel is good for the new and old school laundry goers. Only issue is the first time we used it for our towels, the dryer took 2 rounds and we had to split up our load. Our second time we started with splitting the load of towels in the dryers.

If you work in construction and do concrete work and you have concrete dust on your clothes you will break the washing machine if you wash your clothes here. The concrete gardens up and it will not come back out of the machine like the picture attached to this post. If you overload the washing machine because you're too lazy to do your laundry every week so you save up loads and loads of laundry for an entire month and then want to pack the washing machines up to the point that they become unstable and break you are an idiot. Also stop leaving your laundry in the dryers for an hour past it being done you are not the only person that exists in the universe other people have to do their laundry.
